Las habitaciones y las instalaciones del hotel realmente cumplen con los estándares internacionales. Entre los hoteles de lujo en los que me he alojado en el país, diría que este se encuentra entre los mejores, por lo que puedo confirmar que su reputación es bien merecida. Los buenos comentarios probablemente sean todos muy parecidos: las hermosas vistas y el diseño de las habitaciones son excelentes, me alojé en dos tipos de habitaciones diferentes y ambos fueron muy buenos. No repetiré las ventajas, solo espero poder ofrecer algunas sugerencias para mejorar: Quizás debido a la cultura local y al perfil de los huéspedes en China, algunos pequeños detalles no lograron brindar una experiencia de lujo. Por ejemplo, el restaurante era extremadamente ruidoso durante las comidas, y la velocidad del servicio era impredecible; varias mesas estaban impacientes y apurando. Además, solo hay servicio de lavandería (que, aunque podría funcionar, con varias lavadoras y secadoras, a menudo no hay máquinas disponibles cuando hay mucha gente, y la ropa se saca cuando se acaba el tiempo, algunos huéspedes menos considerados pueden desordenar la ropa lavada de otros, y no hay personal dedicado a supervisar el orden en la lavandería). Estos aspectos no parecen coincidir con un estándar de ultra lujo. El sistema de proyección de la televisión en la habitación también era muy lento y no ofrecía una experiencia fluida. Además, compré el servicio de observación de la gran cascada, y no me pareció particularmente valioso. Principalmente porque el paisaje de la cascada es bastante normal, hay muchos turistas, el área escénica no es grande y el contenido interesante es escaso, dando la impresión de ser una atracción poco elaborada. Si es solo para tomar fotos, está bien, entonces se puede considerar el precio como el costo de las fotos. Para alguien como yo que no le gusta tomar fotos y valora la experiencia, no me pareció que valiera la pena.

This hotel is a wonderful place to unwind for anyone looking to escape the stress of city life. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally attentive every member of staff welcomed us warmly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. The rooms are beautifully designed in a timeless style. What stood out to me most was the high level of cleanliness and the excellent amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and you hardly want to leave your balcony. We also had a private whirlpool, which was perfect for this time of year and made our stay even more relaxing. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. The ladies did an outstanding job—everything was spotless, hygienic, and cleaned very thoroughly. Another true highlight was the incredible food experience. Every afternoon we were treated to attentive afternoon service with desserts that were clearly prepared with love and care. The breakfast deserves special mention. I have stayed at some of the best five-star resorts, and I can honestly say that the quality of the breakfast buffet here was outstanding. While it is smaller than those of large resort chains, it clearly follows the philosophy of quality over quantity, and nothing was missing. Many of the vegetables came from the hotel’s own garden, which made the experience feel even more authentic and fresh. The soup selection was excellent, and the beef soup was rich and generous—you could truly taste the passion and love the chef puts into their work. The surrounding area offers several attractions, although some are unfortunately closed during the winter season. I would recommend arriving by car so you can visit places like the nearby waterfall and other sights. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could offer more excursion options for guests without a car. That said, we really appreciated that on our first evening we were kindly driven to the nearby small town for dinner. The resort is also very family-friendly and offers a variety of activities for both adults and children, such as magnet crafting, fishing, and sports activities like yoga. A very thoughtful gesture was made at checkout, when we were given rice from the hotel’s own cultivation. This was something I truly appreciated and found very meaningful. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. My husband and I would love to return—next time in spring.

We asked for assistance to book transportation but were turned down, when clearly it is listed as an amenity. Aside from that disappointing response, the rest of the hotel was okay. The breakfast was certainly a highlight, with the service staff prompt and the variety more than sufficient. Even non-chinese visitors will be okay with toast, yogurt, boiled and fried eggs, Chinese sausage, available. The porridge was not just rice porridge, but millet porridge. There was also soya bean with sweet and savory toppings. The room was clean and not too small. The second electrical plug on the desk cannot be used as the wire will get in the way. It might as well be USB points so that one can work on the laptop. The shower area is generously large, but needs to have a rack for clothes and to hang a towel so that one can finish the shower, dry off, and get dressed before emerging to the toilet area. In a sense, the room is practically built, but functionality-wise, just misses the mark, because of these all oversights. The room is clean, but in the corridors there is a pervading stench of old cigarette smoke which emanates into the room. Finally, the doors did not close easily, however, there is a high pitched alarm that goes off. One has to push the door in order for it to close properly.

Para que se hagan una idea, el alojamiento en la zona es bastante caro, así que este ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. El Parque Nacional de los Lagos, uno de los lugares de interés, está a tiro de piedra, lo que resulta muy práctico. El desayuno es muy sencillo. La habitación está limpia y cuenta con inteligencia artificial. La recepción es muy amable; incluso salieron a ayudarnos a bajar el equipaje del taxi y a acompañarnos a la habitación. Eso sí, si tienen el sueño ligero, prepárense para despertarse temprano con el canto de los gallos y quizás con algunos mosquitos en la habitación. Al fin y al cabo, estamos en el campo.

El hotel está justo en la calle Shuolong, no lejos de la cascada Detian. Las ventanas de las habitaciones dan al río Blackwater y Vietnam está al otro lado del río. Hay mucha comida deliciosa en la calle, así como pequeñas tiendas para comprar especialidades. Hay mucha gente en la calle y es muy animada por la noche, lo que te hace sentir muy seguro. El jefe también es muy amable. Volveré a elegir este lugar la próxima vez. Espero con ansias nuestro próximo encuentro.

I won't describe the hotel's advantages, because I didn't notice any outstanding qualities – it's just a hotel. I'll tell you what I didn't like. The minibar and fruit were listed on the voucher, but in reality they weren't there. They couldn't even be bothered to refill the shampoo, nor hang at least a new roll of toilet paper, let alone a spare one: when we checked in, there was a half-used roll hanging, and there are four of us! The foot towel was only there on the first day; the maid didn't bring any after that. The maid generally didn't put herself out: during one of the days, she just dumped the whole change of towels and slippers in a pile on the coffee table! Not even in the bathroom, just on the coffee table in front of the sofa. The fridge was positioned so that, given the length of the cord, it couldn't be plugged in. We had to move it around the room ourselves to find a suitable socket. It's small, of course, but just the fact of it. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to foreigners, 100%. Evidently, the calculation here is that foreigners will find it difficult to get their point across when communicating exclusively through a translator, and they won't even try, which is exactly what happened to us. Maybe this is standard service for locals, but for us it was quite mediocre. Also, a note for foreign tourists: I chose this hotel because of the pool, but it operates on a very strange schedule, so over three days we only managed to use it once. Also, it turns out you need swimming caps for the pool, and there's no information about this anywhere. Maybe this is normal in China, but in other countries no one wears caps in outdoor pools, especially in such hot weather, especially considering the fact that they don't protect against anything, especially the cloth ones that everyone wears here. This should be clearly stated in the rules upfront, because it was an unpleasant surprise for us – I would have rented a different hotel.

Volví a dormir en el barrio de la amistad. Ha venido antes del Día Nacional, viajó con la familia, reservaron dos habitaciones, y estaba muy contento de volver a dormir. Great experience at the Pubu Qing hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations for sure. The location is great as mentioned by other reviewers. My room was on the 6th floor on the back of the building. It had a window overlooking another building (in a ”development” stage ;-). It was surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning was efficient and silent. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough and had even a small table as well as a desk. No fridge. Enough power outlets to plug my devices. The toilet/bathroom is small but not tiny. There was a bit of a smell but that happens and it did not bother me. Closing the bathroom door was enough not to get the smell in the room. The owner helped me recharge the electric motorbike and that was a great plus. Also he purchased the entry ticket to the price for me (as mentioned by other reviewers). Friendly, efficient and very helpful. There are quite a few shops around and even if there is not a lot of food variety there are plenty of eating places to choose from. Prices are reasonable and I personally found the quality to be fine. Should I be back to the Detian falls I will stay at the Pubuqing for sure. Simple. Wallet friendly and so convenient with great service.

Este auténtico 4 estrellas, este precio, vivir en este hotel, no me parece nada, hay una sensación decente, quería salir del hotel, pero llegar al hotel ya es la noche, no se reservaron alrededor, no sé cómo evaluar el hardware de la habitación, el baño es muy pequeño, por cierto... El desayuno no coincide con 4 estrellas auténticas el día siguiente, es similar al pueblo y puede comer. Es el peor hotel del hotel 4 estrellas que he vivido, es similar al de los agricultores. Pero el servicio es muy bueno, tiene preguntas y respuestas, tiene necesidad de preguntar, son pequeñas chicas de la oficina, mujeres con gafas, chico, camaradas de camareros. Las fotos son buenas y las malas no se envían.
