Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Chongzuó

Hay hoteles buenos, hoteles muy buenos… y luego están esos pocos que te cambian el listón para siempre. Para mí, LUX* Chongzuo entra de lleno en esa última categoría. He tenido la suerte de alojarme en muchos hoteles espectaculares, pero aquí todo encajaba de una forma difícil de explicar. La ubicación es simplemente brutal: rodeado de naturaleza, con un paisaje que no parece real y una sensación de paz que no se encuentra fácilmente. El diseño es otro nivel. Elegante, integrado con el entorno, sin estridencias. Nada busca impresionar de forma forzada, pero todo termina haciéndolo. Es ese lujo que no necesita gritar. El servicio, impecable. Cercano, atento y natural, sin esa rigidez que a veces tienen los hoteles de alta gama. Te hacen sentir cuidado sin invadir. La limpieza y el mantenimiento están a un nivel altísimo, algo que se valora aún más en un entorno así. Y luego están los detalles… pequeños gestos, decisiones bien pensadas, cosas que no siempre sabes explicar pero que marcan la diferencia entre una estancia buena y una inolvidable. Sinceramente, de los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado. Y no por una cosa en concreto, sino porque absolutamente todo funcionaba.

Para que se hagan una idea, el alojamiento en la zona es bastante caro, así que este ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. El Parque Nacional de los Lagos, uno de los lugares de interés, está a tiro de piedra, lo que resulta muy práctico. El desayuno es muy sencillo. La habitación está limpia y cuenta con inteligencia artificial. La recepción es muy amable; incluso salieron a ayudarnos a bajar el equipaje del taxi y a acompañarnos a la habitación. Eso sí, si tienen el sueño ligero, prepárense para despertarse temprano con el canto de los gallos y quizás con algunos mosquitos en la habitación. Al fin y al cabo, estamos en el campo.

The best thing about this place are the owners. Full of initiative and kindness, I am very appreciative of their initiative services. For example, they asked if I already had transportation for my next destination, then how much I was quoted. Then they said that was a fair price if it was right to the hotel, to just check and verify if it is so. This is a very helpful guidance for out-of-towners. The room is clean, and after 4 days of travel in the area, it is the only one that doesn't have any lingering smells of cigarette smoke. It is hard to find rooms like these, including rooms that claim to be smoke-free. The view from the room is great and it is nice to watch the birds fly over the border river. Birds are not constrained by fences. Bottles of water are provided, as are disposable towels, which I'm not a fan of, as well as soap, shampoo and so on. There is no separation of wet/dry areas, but slippers are provided. You may not get the best photos in such a homestay, but it is functional and practical, and everything works well, drainage and so on, which is more important. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Location of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

¡Buena calidad y bajo precio! Grandes ventanales que van desde el suelo hasta el techo ofrecen una vista sin obstáculos del paisaje. La cama es blanda (¡dormí muy bien! El desayuno gratuito también es bueno, aunque no hay mucha variedad, es muy bueno. Hay un restaurante llamado ”Meeting” a unos cien o doscientos metros a la derecha del hotel. La comida es muy buena. Si te alojas aquí, puedes probarlo. Se dice que el chef tiene trayectoria profesional Jaja, no es fácil en un condado pequeño. Alojamiento recomendado

More suitable for self-driving. Anyways we had a great stay. Very welcoming staff. Helped us to get a car to travel around. Delicious food. Room is spacious overlooking a mountain. Bathtub. Close to the waterfall. Cheaper tickets.

一般不評價，但覺得很好。新開的民宿，我們定了兩間住了兩晚，窗外風景很好，二樓三樓雙床房都是落地窗，四樓大床房有陽台很喜歡，價格合適。民宿老闆人很好，有情況及時解決，他們在樓下還開了飲品攤，送了我們果汁喝。已經介紹了朋友，門口就是魚鱗壩，樓下就是夜市攤。方便。

The hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there. The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady. Would I stay again? NO
