Serene and calming environment.
Very fashionable facilities that are spotless.

The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food
Friendly and attentive staff
The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing.
Shower pressure was impeccable (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...)
TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff
Cons:
No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone
Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.
2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this.
Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff
Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors
Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times
Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant.
Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

HHasbiniIt was a great experience… the hotel was clean and comfortable the rooms where spacious and the amenities that were available were very pleasant. But the place is nothing without the staff they had an amazing helpful staff especially Dong La Mei she went out of her way to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible…. If there was a 6 star rating for the staff it would go for her. I would definitely recommend a stay there and I’m actually looking forward to visiting again.

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel es absolutamente perfecto para un alojamiento solo o con amigos.El servicio era perfecto, me quedé en Navidad y encontré un regalo bonito en mi puerta cuando llegué a mi habitación! La habitación era cálida y cómoda.El personal del Salón Ejecutivo fue arriba y más allá para hacernos cómodos y nada que nos preguntamos era demasiado problema.

SShireen12345El hotel dispone de una ubicación muy tranquila, con un ambiente agradable. Cerca del lago con barcos, canoas, rafting y mini parque temático. Camping con bbq, tenis de mesa y mesa de piscina. Desayuno en el hotel muy variado. Muy carnicero.

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel, junto al lago Kunthou, ha estado conduciendo en Shanghai en las últimas dos horas entre las zonas de la montaña y la zona de la montaña de Shajia.
El piso es alto, hay un buen paisaje en el cuarto, el café y el restaurante también en el hotel. La piscina del hotel también es muy buena, la piscina grande necesita llevar una piscina, la piscina infantil al lado no necesita, los niños pequeños temerosos de agua pueden probar de la piscina 0.6 metros.
El único defecto es que las luces de inducción del baño interior son demasiado sensibles, pero el servicio del hotel es muy bueno, se resuelve muy a tiempo y se presta suficiente atención. 👍

The cleanliness is quite good, and the attitude of the front desk staff is very nice. I like the smiley service here.

UUsuario invitado這個酒店最好的地方就是地理位置優越，馬路對面就是商圈和琴湖公園。然後房間的水龍頭和洗澡都水量很大，很舒服。早飯算不錯的，麪條很好吃。但是也有點問題，就是隔音太差了，旁邊房間的水龍頭的水聲音巨響，都聽得一清二楚。還有智能馬桶的藍光在晚上看起來非常亮，有點影響睡眠。我們房間的智能紗窗壞了，紗窗也開不了。

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

UUsuario invitadoI arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)
