«Exceptional hotel, bordering on luxurious. Comfortable bed, decent views, wide TV, big shower, smart toilet and a bath... The room has everything you will need for a short stay! The staff are some of the friendliest and most professional people I have met. The valet/doormen were fantastic and their manner really stood out. The decor is gorgeous, throughout the hotel and the restaurants are very fancy. They were a little overpriced for me, but for people who don't mind splashing the cash a bit, the restaurants are fine The breakfast had a very respectable range of sweet, savoury, hot, cold and cosmopolitan options, all of which were delicious and welcome! The facilities were a standout feature, and my little boy loved the pools and play area. The japanese hot pool was so incredibly relaxing, we didn't want to leave! The location wasn't the greatest, but I have no complaints about the area itself. The main city centre of Changshu is definitely worth a visit but is a good 25 minutes from the hotel. The wetland is nearby, but it was too cold and wet to visit this time. There aren't many shops or parks near the hotel, but for a relaxing break inside, this hotel is perfect! I would definitely stay here again and my son wants to too!!»

Pros: Amazing location close to Shajiabang. Serene and calming environment. Very fashionable  facilities that are spotless. Very good food. The takeout robots are awesome and when they are over-capacity, the front desk brings you the food Friendly and attentive staff  The fancy hairdryer and the warmed toilet seat was amazing. Shower pressure was impeccable  (but you take these things for granted at 4 star hotels...) TV software is very good, and you can easily stream stuff Cons: No English Signs / No communication with staff. Translation app helps a bit , but there were some misunderstandings and a difficulty to find the hotel lobby as there was no clear signage. Very good intentions though from staff, and you can't expect everyone to speak English. But having at least one person speaking English, as well as having billingual signs everywhere are important to ensuring that foreign guests feel more comfortable without having to always reach for their phone Different understanding of privacy: the housekeeping always knocked despite having Do Not Disturb on. I had to be mindful of them, which kinda stressed me.  2nd floor lake view feels exposed. My room was facing a public walking path into the reserve, and although not much traffic was happening, people could see me. Ideally the windows can be tinted to prevent this. Wifi is slow and not able to meet needs. Limited at around 10 MBPS (without vpn) and always buffered, but was good for basic stuff Bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in your neighbors  Constant alarm sound from the door latch. If you open your door while having it on, it makes a very loud alarm sound that is good because it deters crime, but it's annoying to hear it on accident while other people have the same issue. at lots of times Weird floor plans. at 2nd floor where the rooms are, you can get lost very easily. same at first floor which I accidentally went into the restaurant. Smell of smoke coming when AC is off from other rooms. perhaps more smoke detectors can be placed to deter this while fining violators, as well as isolating the AC system per room a bit more...

¡Esta estancia superó mis expectativas con creces, tengo que decirlo! La señorita de recepción fue súper amable y eficiente; el proceso de check-in y check-out fue fluido y además me dio excelentes recomendaciones para explorar los alrededores. La habitación fue una grata sorpresa: espaciosa, luminosa y con una distribución inteligente. La ropa de cama era suave y agradable al tacto, el colchón tenía el soporte perfecto y el aislamiento acústico era excelente. Las instalaciones del hotel también eran completas: el WiFi de alta velocidad funcionó perfectamente en todo momento, y el desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones nutritivas y deliciosas. Se nota la atención al detalle del hotel, lo que lo hace perfecto tanto para viajes de negocios como para vacaciones. ¡La relación calidad-precio es insuperable!

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito, encantador, compuesto por una casa renovada, lo que le hace un lugar inusual para permanecer. El hotel está muy bien diseñado y está bien diseñado y dispone de agradables instalaciones.
