Location: The hotel is well located, approximately a 9-minute walk from the nearest station, which made getting around convenient. Room & Housekeeping: The room was clean and well maintained throughout my 4-night stay, which I appreciated. However, the minibar was not refilled during the entire stay, which was disappointing and not what I would expect given the price paid. Staff & Service: Unfortunately, the service experience was inconsistent. The front desk staff appeared inexperienced and unsure about basic matters such as payment handling and invoicing, which caused unnecessary confusion. It felt as though the staff member may have been an intern without adequate supervision or training. More concerning was the overall attitude at the counter, which came across as rude and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope this was not a case of discrimination, but the interaction especially with the man staff did not reflect the level of hospitality expected. Value for Money: While the hotel positioned itself as high-end in design, the service and experience felt surprisingly basic. For the price charged, it did not offer good value and did not meet the standards. Overall: Although the location and cleanliness were positives, the service shortcomings and lack of value significantly affected the overall experience

The hostel was the best capsule hotel I have ever been. The vibe was amazing (welcoming but also allowing privacy and quiet time); they provide still, cold, sparkling, and hot water options; they have a communal fridge, their design was beautiful and effortful, their space was clean, and the music playlist was cool!! The check-in email came immediately after I booked the hotel with clear instruction on check in (I later realised that not all capsule hotels had such high efficiency). I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Lucern!

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lucerne, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff and their exceptional service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left behind my little plushie elephant, which means a lot to me. The team kindly helped search for it, found it, and even arranged to send it to my next hotel, completely complimentary. I’m incredibly grateful to the staff for their prompt help, thoughtful follow-up, and genuine kindness throughout the whole process. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot to me. Thank you so much to the team for the wonderful service and care!

The hotel located face the park but turn right after the street where see McDonald then will see a “Bar” restaurant . Not far from subway and consider convenient Room was clean and reception was helpful, just that there is no lock inside the room where room cleaning lady came in after 2 knocks.

El hotel tiene una historia de más de 500 años y está lleno de historia. La habitación está limpia y ordenada con mucho espacio. Servicio recibido cálidamente. El restaurante está decorado en un estilo clásico europeo con un sabor cálido. El hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada, cerca del río y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, lo cual es muy conveniente.

The hotel offers an excellent location in the heart of Luzern, making it easy to explore the Old Town, Chapel Bridge, and Lake Lucerne on foot. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and check‑in is smooth. Rooms are clean and functional, though some areas show signs of age due to the building’s older structure.

Aquí hay algunos puntos de retroalimentación: Personal amable: El personal en general fue amable y educado. Cuando llegué al hotel antes de la hora de check-in, el personal me proporcionó espacio para guardar mi equipaje. Alojamiento cómodo: La habitación en la que me alojé era en general cómoda y limpia, lo que proporcionó un nivel de comodidad decente durante mi estadía. Sin embargo, había algunos problemas menores de mantenimiento que podían solucion****, como el brillo de la luz. Además, el spray del baño no funcionaba correctamente. Las opciones gastronómicas del hotel eran satisfactorias. Si bien las comidas que comí fueron deliciosas, sentí que podría haber habido un poco más de variedad en el menú, especialmente para los huéspedes que se hospedan por un período prolongado.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

La ubicación es un poco apartada; se tarda media hora andando en llegar a las atracciones céntricas y más de 20 minutos al supermercado, además de ser un camino con bastantes cuestas, de subida y bajada. Incluso para coger el transporte público, hay que andar un poco hasta la parada. Ofrecen aparcamiento por 10 CHF al día, sin límite de tiempo. Frecuentemente no hay nadie en recepción, lo que obliga a los huéspedes a esperar para hacer el check-in o el check-out. De ahí la gran cantidad de sofás en círculo frente al mostrador de recepción en el vestíbulo. El alojamiento es aceptable, limpio e higiénico. El desayuno es abundante y variado.
