previously liked it. Upon checking in I felt a little off as the man charged me for the city tax and telling me I had to pay cash and would not give me a receipt and I thought I had paid it when I booked (which After departure I checked and I had) he then charged me more for the deposit then what was listed on *********** and even on the paper at the counter and he said it changed. Then surprise surprise after departure he took all of the deposit, I called and emailed and they said to contact *********** as they have been notified. They said I had damaged towels (which I hadn’t). I then contacted *********** and they had hiring from the hotel for a week and then they said I damaged sheets and towels (which I swear I didn’t). I asked for proof of damage and no one proofed with any nor an invoice. I’m so disappointed as I had previously really enjoyed my stay. But I feel like I was completely scammed!

I hate this hotel. This hotel took 200 euro deposit to dry the small part of the bed. That was happened because the water bottle from my doughter’s bag accidentally spilled on the bed. What I don’t understand, how they can charge me 200 Euro to dry the wet part which should be dried itself within 10 minutes. Stay away from this hotel. They are double dealer. They already charged me 200 Euro still another 200 Euro in the provision. There was nobody that could speak English at the reception at night. And the rooms are not good with the sound insulation. For two nights I could not sleep well because of the sound coming from another room. There was a construction while we were doing check in process which should have been completed before. Just keep in mind, you may encounter many bad surprises with this hotel.

Good location. Clean & tidy. No lift however but kept you fit. Baguette and croissants with various accompaniments for breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. Across road from metro and didn't feel threatened at all despite some young men hanging around trying to sell items. Great bar on corner with a nice vibe. Handy for burger king too.

Тerrible hotel with extremely rude staff. Upon arrival, they took a deposit of 150 euros and said that they would return it to us upon leaving the hotel by bank transfer. Until this moment they did not come back. So far they have not returned anything to us, they do not answer their emails and hang up the phone. Don't go to this hotel if you don't want to be lied to.

Very basic hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, basic facilities, basic breakfast. The Reception staff were helpful. Def a budget hotel good central location. You pay a city tax on arrival this is not mentioned on booking €8 for two nights. My only advice is it’s a dodgy area at night make sure you get a taxi. Don’t use the metro Barbès-Rochechouart it’s dangerous day and night lots of shady characters hanging around. If you’re concerned and can afford it stay in the other side de of Sacre-coeur.

The location is indeed excellent and only a short walk from the Gare Du Nord and steps from Sacre Coeur. The staff were a little abrupt and although helpful were way to fast and always seemed too busy to want to help. It did come across as quite rude but it may be there personality. The hotel itself is very cramped and has really made the most of every square inch of the room that’s available..

Don’t disregard this hotel because of past reviews, we have just returned from staying here and were pleasantly surprised! Although the hotel isn’t in the nicest of areas, it’s really close to a metro station which is handy for getting into central Paris and the location didn’t really bother us because we were out all day anyway. The room was lovely and clean and our bed was made every day. It had a decent shower and the bed was very comfy!! We had breakfast included with our stay which was a fresh pastry each and a baguette with choices of jams and yoghurts. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. On our last day they allowed us to leave our bags so that we could go out for the day until we had to return to collect them and head to the airport. As I mentioned, the only downside to this hotel is the area as it can get quite lively in the evenings but other than that we had a great stay!

Hotel are at good location, very clean, staff very helpfull. I would highly recommend.
