Hôtel Clarisse

El hotel está limpio pero el precio no está acorde con el servicio. Cuarto de baño minúsculo con inodoro que casi toca el lavabo, agujero en la cortina, el hotel ha sido renovado pero aún queda un olor desagradable a viejo, el ascensor no puede acomodar a 2 personas y todo por casi 350 euros la noche.

Fue un momento tan agradable y relajante lejos, no en el mejor lugar, pero estaba al lado de lo esencial, lo cual era bueno, el WiFi no era el mejor, pero todo lo demás estaba perfecto.

We stayed at the Hotel Clarrise as a family for 2 nights and it was perfect . The staff are very friendly and helpful . Rooms are modern and clean. The location is good and great for getting to all the sights aswell as having all you might need outside your door . Definitely recommend.

I would have given more stars due to our actual stay was very pleasant. However things went missing in our room which I enquired about and never had a response for. They were given an opportunity to help our situation and we were ignored so therefore I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel was mostly clean, the furniture was ok, the bathroom was clean. The receptionist was very rude. Me and my friend were standing in front of the closed door with our suitcases. He saw us, unlocked the door and immediately returned to his desk. He did not even open the door for us and our very heavy suitcases. The extremely small and outdated lift did not reach all the way to our floor, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases the rest of the stairs. When we came into the room, it was so tiny that we could not open our suitcases fully or walk around the bed next to each other. One person always had to wait in one corner of the room while the other person moved around. The tap in the bathroom was constantly dropping, when we entered the room the sink in the bathroom was filled with water and there was no way to empty it because the drain was firmly closed. We called the receptionist, he said he would have someone over to fix it in the morning and until then we could use the sink without any problems as it would not overflow because of the other drain (a bit higher in the sink). We said that would not be acceptable (especially as we only stayed one night) and asked if he had another room. He said the hotel was fully booked. He then came with a screwdriver and tried to fix the sink himself. He finally removed the drain plug and the water could flow out of the sink again. He left it like that. We asked about some small compensation, he said no. Furthermore, the area was very shady with a military police operation happening next door as we arrived around 21:30 in the evening. The door of the bathroom was partially cracked and unfortunately the room door could not be locked from the inside. I will never stay in this hotel again.

We were 3 friends and room was nice neat and clean. A guy on reception namely Daud was very nice and welcoming. He guided us about the Paris and other tourist attractions in paris. wifi was fast and hotel is infront of tram and bus station. private Parking was also available

Post cruise stay for two nights in Barcelona and booked the Claris through SLH. The hotel was centrally located yet quite, modern yet warm, and the staff devine. We booked a room with an upstair balcony sitting area for extra space and it was very well appointed. Don’t miss out on the breakfast or cocktails in the rooftop bar.

The room was small but very nice.
