Hotel pequeño, con muy buenas prestaciones. Habitación con cierta amplitud y baño correcto, todo muy limpio. Con ascensor. Lo mejor, sin duda, la amabilidad y la ayuda que te prestan todos los empleados, empezando por la recepción. El bufet, no muy grande pero con una variedad notable en lo que ofrecen que, para estar incluido en el precio, es un gran punto a favor. La situación es muy buena, con una estación de metro a 240 metros (dos minutos caminando) que, a su vez, está en conexión con otro metro, a tres minutos del Arco del Triunfo (y los Campos Elíseos) donde hay múltiples conexiones, incluidas las de los trenes al Palacio de Versalles y a Disneyland. Está a 8 minutos en metro y a 22 minutos caminando de la Torre Eiffel, en cuya base están las salidas de los minicruceros por el río Sena. En la misma calle, a escasos metros hay un Carrefour Express para emergencias. Ofrecen transporte (pago aparte) desde y hacia el aeropuerto. PD: agradezco que un día me dejaron encima de la mesa unas monedas que, al parecer, accidentalmente se me habían caído al suelo la noche anterior. Hotel altamente recomendable. Repetiré, sin duda, en caso de volver a París.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Está justo debajo de la Torre Eiffel, junto al río Sena, y está rodeado de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. También está muy cerca de la estación de metro, por lo que es muy conveniente para viajar. El personal de servicio del hotel también fue muy paciente. Hemos estado en este puente de octubre, mi hija , mi pareja y yo. Ya íbamos con miedo por las opiniones vistas en otra App en cuanto a incomodidad de las camas , la falta de limpieza, los olores y la cercanía de las vías del tren justo detrás. Con su consecuente ruido. Pero cd quisimos cambiar de hotel ( 1 semana antes) claro todos los hoteles con disponibilidad habían subido muchísimo los precios! Así que dijimos : no nos queda otra que ir, y que sea lo que dios quiera......Pues no os toméis a broma ni este ni todos los comentarios negativos sobre este hotel, ya que se quedan cortos. Nosotros llegamos, le habíamos mandado un correo pidiendo una habitación que no diese hacia las vías del tren, y...oh sorpresa la habitación estaba justo ahí!!!! Le comenté lo del correo y dijeron que no les había llegado ninguno de nuestra parte con esa solicitud, y que el hotel estaba lleno con lo cual no podían hacer nada, pero claro, le enseñé el correo enviado en mi móvil y se tuvieron que callar, diciendo que no saben qué ha pasado....bla bla bla...entonces la recepcionista nos dijo que iba a cambiarnos de habitación para una que diese a la parte delantera del hotel ( donde no pasan las vías, porque están literalmente detrás). A lo cual yo le dije: no es que no tienen habitaciones disponibles?? Pero según ellos les darían mi habitación a otros huéspedes que llegaban más tarde. Bueno...nos fuimos ya que hasta las 15:00 no podíamos hacer el cheking , y oh sorpresa al entrar en la habitación nos encontramos conque en una de las mesas había 2 botellas grandes de agua usadas y abiertas, un cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes allí abierta ,un yogur en la nevera...un plástico en el suelo, bastoncillos d ellos oídos usados en el suelo.....en fin os podéis imaginar la mala leche! Fui a buscar a la recepcionista, subió ( flipó) , sacó fotos, se llevó todo y vino a pasar un paño por el cristal de la mesa . Eso sí muy amable la señora, nos subió 1 Coca-Cola,y un lipton. Al día siguiente al volver por la noche, nos encontramos conque había un par de calcetines que no eran nuestros y estaban llenos de polvo...otra vez a recepción, al día sgte nos daban el desayuno gratis ( del que no hicimos uso ya que tenían esa zona en obras y con casi nada, y a saber qué íbamos a tomar) !!!!! Al tercer día llegamos y no nos habían hecho la habitación...cada vez que pedíamos papel higiénico ( ya que 2 días no nos dejaron) nos miraban con cara rara, no sé conque se limpiará esta gente!!!! Y nos daban un rollo casi acabado , o sea, flipante, teníamos que pedirle por favor casi uno entero!!!!!! Al día siguiente nos encontramos al volver de noche una mota gigante de polvo y pelos enmarañados en el baño ( no sabemos si nuestros o de quién) pero que no deberían estar ahí después de haber pasado el servicio de limpieza. Más cosas, las sábanas de una de las camas estaban llenas de manchas de óxido, y 1 de las toallas que dejaron una vez....con raspas sospechosas de color marrón...asque

Estaba aquí 7 noches para nuestras vacaciones en París. El servicio era excelente desde el check-in a concierge para ayudarnos a abrir vinos que comprábamos fuera. El concierge me ayudó a reservar el taxi a CDG, suave y fiable. La habitación de la familia era amplia y ofrece una gran vista al barrio latino. A sólo 3 minutos a pie de la estación Montparnasse, y hay un supermercado a 1 minuto de distancia, que se abre tan pronto como las 7:00.

El hotel está situado en una zona que desde lo que podría decir estaba siendo transformada desde lo que probablemente fue una zona comercial y de oficina ligera que se sustituye por nuevos edificios de apartamentos que el hotel era parte de y mientras que la zona era agradable no fue La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero la habitación era muy agradable. El hotel es un hotel de apartamentos y no ofrece todos los servicios tradicionales que se le ofrecería en un hotel, pero este se acerca muy cerca. La habitación 311 tenía una zona de entrada muy agradable con un pequeño ataúd ideal para sus llaves y otros pequeños artículos y algunos ganchos de abrigo. El baño está a un lado y tenía una ducha abierta grande con sólo una cortina de ducha en mi habitación, que creo que era porque era una habitación con discapacidad. El baño era de gran tamaño, pero el suelo del ducha, que era un armario prefabricado, no se sentía como estaba bien atacado al suelo y tenía un movimiento justo. First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. El hotel era bueno y el desayuno era perfecto, la elección es suficiente. También es bueno que usted pueda estacionar su coche en la garaje del hotel. Si quiere cenar en el restaurante, no lo recomiendamos. El personal que trabajaba esa noche fue malo. La persona que nos sirvió no era habitual trabajar en la industria de la hospitalidad. El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y muy acogedor. Cuando comprobamos en una dama estaba en la recepción y nos dio muchas pistas para llegar a la vuelta en autobuses ect. La zona en la que está el hotel es perfecta. Hay tantas hermosas bacterias y tiendas en la vecindad. Tal lugar agradable. El transporte es brillante a sólo un minuto de caminar de la estación de tren. Si vuelvo a París, estaría siempre mi hotel y zona para permanecer. Gracias Sub Hotel y todo el personal.

Me alojé aquí anteriormente ya que la ubicación es excelente. En esta ocasión, sin embargo, la experiencia no fue tan buena. No estoy del todo seguro de si esta era la habitación que habíamos reservado, ya que la descripción en Booking.com difería de lo que experimentamos. Habitación pequeña, ducha estrecha sin cortina/mampara para evitar que el agua inunde el suelo. Cuando se le pidió que cambiara, todo lo que se ofreció fue una habitación con un suplemento de 30 € por noche. El personal de recepción era agradable y amable y el desayuno tenía una buena relación calidad-precio. Probablemente regresaría, ¡pero no a la misma habitación!

Fuimos a visitar Disneyland y estaba súper cerca. Aunque teníamos bus gratuito, fuimos andando ya que en 15min estás en el parque. Está bastante bien, grande y limpio y muy amables en recepción. Por poner una pega quizá la calefacción..que era general un poco fría para mí gusto pero por lo demás muy bien. Un barrio precioso con un centro comercial muy cerca con todos los servicios.
La Rer para ir a París a unos 20min andando por dentro del centro comercial..

UUsuario invitadoHabía un chico chino llamado Qi en la recepción, al ver que era un compatriota, y se mostró muy entusiasmado de ayudar a ajustar la habitación y mejorarla. La decoración de la habitación era muy moderna, con ventanales del piso al techo y un ascensor. arriba TV. Reservé una habitación superior y nos dio una habitación 6. Esta habitación está situada en el piso de la planta baja directamente detrás del escritorio de recepción en el piso de la planta baja. El receptor (mujero blanco, 40+ años) que nos inspeccionó en 15/12/22 a las 11:30 pm fue muy rudo, abominable y sarcástico durante el control en curso.
Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación, nos sentimos privados de estar en el piso con sólo una pared entre nosotros y la zona principal de recepción, el baño estaba también en una habitación separada sin bañera, El hotel tiene una gran variedad de habitaciones, como las que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad, y las que se encuentran en el centro de la ciudad.

Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. UUsuario invitadoThis is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it. Our room was of good size and very comfortable. It overlooked the front, but there was no noise as the windows and walls are well insulated. The bathroom was small and the bathtub was narrow, although it had a powerful shower head above. On the ground floor next to the reception area is a smart dining area. We only had coffee here and relaxed in the comfortable sofas. The staff are very friendly and gave us sightseeing tips and advice in fluent English. We loved the location - it’s in a quieter, semi-residential district, whilst still close to several shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Most importantly it’s around the corner from the stunning Sacre Coeur and the artists’ square. We like walking and enjoyed ‘getting the steps in’ by strolling down the hill to the central areas and main sights. The funicular makes this hill climb easier for those wishing to take this option. The bus is a great option for getting to and from the hotel. We used it to return to the hotel on one occasion - the hotel is located close to two stops - tickets are cheap.

The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine,except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine.
The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light.
Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc.
If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it.
The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

PpilarmarttMi opinión con este hospedaje es un poco ambigua. En cuanto a la ubicación, no es la más pintoresca de la ciudad, ni se siente la más segura, sin embargo es muy comoda para moverse, tanto en tren como en metro, muy accesible a los aeropuertos (orly y cdg) y al centro de la ciudad. En cuanto a la atencion del personal, es lo mejor que tienen, todos son muy serviciales, incluidos los managers de cada turno. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ya que al check in alguien ocupó una de nuestras camas, y la manager de turno se puso a nuestra disposicion. En cuanto a las habitaciones, estuvimos en un ala del edificio que -si bien no estaba mal- hemos circulado por otras que tenian espacios comunes y se veian más lindas. Sí me parecen pocos los baños compartidos, puesto que al ser dos baños y dos duchas para tantas habitaciones, por momentos se saturaba y debias hacer fila. Las camas y la privacidad que le dan las cortinas, muy bien. El bar tiene una muy buena atmosfera, y si bien los precios son un poco elevados, ofrecen descuentos para huespedes. El desayuno está a buen precio y es muy completo. Si bien no hay una cocina, sí dispone de microondas y heladera, ademas de un area comun donde se puede comer. es pequeña pero muy agradable! No se si volvería a hospedarme en este lugar, pero si lo recomiendo!
