Este hotel es muy nuevo, el hardware es bueno, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas. Hay Wal-Mart a un lado, a tiempo completo. Dos grandes supermercados. Hay muchos restaurantes pequeños como Pizza Hut, etc. Es perfecto para descansar y reponer suministros durante el viaje. Una de las desventajas de la habitación es que ahorra energía, sus luces se apagarán después de un tiempo. Además, la iluminación de la habitación no es muy buena. Solo un poco incómodo. La presión del agua en la otra habitación era muy baja y el baño era muy incómodo. El desayuno en este hotel es muy bueno. Incluso durante la epidemia. Los tipos de alimentos sin contacto que se proporcionan son mucho más que los de los hoteles ordinarios.

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

The resort is in excellent condition. The room was a 2nd floor, one bedroom, one bath unit. The only problem we had was a shortage of hot water, which was on-going, but only effected the shower. The manager gave us a generous discount (without being asked) because of this. The grounds are immaculately maintained, in classic desert style. The resort is surrounded by the Desert Willow Golf Course, so is very beautiful. The Terrace restaurant at the country club is nice and we got a discount when dining there. A grocery store, fully stocked, is about a mile away, easily accessed. The weather was fantastic, mid 70's every day and the location is central to almost all of the natural sites available in the area, the botanical gardens/zoo is 15 minutes away, maybe 20. Joshua Tree is fifty miles off and Indian Canyon is maybe 30 minutes away or so. We loved seeing the natural, native palms growing so huge there and the gorgeous rock formations are everywhere, all around. We were very comfortable at this resort, wonderful bedding and a nice, new TV too. DVD Movies are available for free, but we found most of them were pretty old.

El hotel es un hotel muy bonito. La habitación era suficiente para una familia. Teníamos cocina llena para preparar comidas para los niños. El patio abrió a un hermoso campo de golf de la cuna. Las piscinas se mantuvieron limpias y había muchas sillas y sombras para los huéspedes. Habíamos tenido un buen tiempo. 😎👍

La habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. En la mañana descubrimos que el baño tenía molde negro alrededor del baño (ver fotos). También notamos que el cuarto tenía muchas áreas que muestran un traje significativo. La habitación era muy buena, pero no era muy buena. Llamé al escritorio delantero y se informó que la persona de mantenimiento había dejado a medianoche y no se podía hacer nada para repararlo esta noche. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no había nada que hacer. La habitación era muy caliente y no podía estar cómoda y terminaba de estar de pie toda la noche. Mi esposa se despertó en sudor varias veces pero tuvo unas horas de sueño inquieto. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. En todo el hotel, en los ascensores, caminando, gimnasio, nuestra habitación, etc., hay muchos signos de que no hay mantenimiento de rutina. El problema es la gestión; la gestión tiene que llegar al baile y hacer lo necesario para atraer al personal necesario para mantener este hotel con las normas Hilton.
