The hotel is behind a mountain, which means the only way in and out is with their transfers in 4x4, that are absurdly expensive. There is a 3 min path through the forest to a point where a tricycle can pick you up, but you need to call them ahead. The description in booking is not accurate, there is no 6 min walking to el nido, it is more 15 min tricycle + 3 min walking. I would have loved to know this in advance, we travel with kids and would have gone for an easier option. The premium villas are up the mountain, you need to go by funicular, which sometimes is not working due to maintenance issues, then you have to get a car up to your villa, both things you should plan ahead, the funicular operator is not always there, neither the cars. Also the funicular is not working early in the morning. The breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am, which is a reasonable hour if you are planning to go to a tour, but the 3 days that we went at that time, not everything was ready. They picked us up from the airport with a pick up, the luggage was behind in the open and arrived completely covered in dust, the butler tried to clean it but it wasn’t easy. There are several things in the villa that weren’t working properly, like hair dryer, really bad smell in the toilet, dirt in the curtains… but those were small issues, the main issue we had is that in our last night our rooms were full of bugs, they were everywhere and it was impossible to sleep like that with bugs crawling over us, so we moved to a much smaller villa down the mountain and they gave us a discount due to the downgrade. The discount was nice and the staff did their best with the situation, but we lost more than 1 hour trying to kill the bugs to sleep there and also in the morning we had to review all the clothes in the luggage and remove the dead bugs after the fumigation. The pool toilets are out of order and you need to go to a first floor. In summary I don’t think the above is acceptable in a 5 starts hotel with the price they have. The tours were absurdly expensive, but I can’t tell if they were nice because we outsourced.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble e inolvidable. El mejor hotel y resort de mi vida. Todos los trabajadores han sido super amables y gentiles, desde el minuto 1 te hacen sentir en casa. La verdad que nunca voy a olvidar ese resort y la gente que trabaja en el. Super recomendado.

Engañoso y decepcionante Se quedó cinco días en el sol express reservado a través de Agoda, lo que le da una calificación 8.4 ( desgraciadamente no comprobamos la calificación TripAdvisor - Nuestro error !!) Primero, no es el jardín solar con el que algunos espectadores parecen estar mezclando en la agoda. El expreso es un albergue glorificado (costeoso) detrás de los jardines del sol.A diferencia de tripadvisor, las comodidades/elementos en su habitación (especialmente aguda) están equivocados, por favor lea especialmente si se queda más de una noche. 1 _ No hay seguridad - por lo tanto, ya sea usted leña alrededor de sus valores o cada vez que sales, reserva cada item en el caja fuerte principal . 2_ No hay nevera - por lo tanto no traer de vuelta ninguna bebida / comida, etc . 3- No hay secador de pelo/hierro en la habitación - seguir a la recepción cada vez que tengas una piscina / ducha. 4-No tazas, etc. Así que si más de un día permaneces buena suerte con tus ropa. 5- No hay caldera, no hay instalaciones para beber té, etc. 6- En muchas de las críticas ”local” de agoda el transporte aeroportuario se menciona como gratuito / complimentario _ no es tan pronto como se le lleva a la recepción expresa que se le carga que es una buena introducción ( el conductor del hotel no menciona esto , 7- Uno extraño - no que su plan de permanecer en su habitación pero hay poco o ninguna luz natural - el hotel de jardines solares está literalmente a seis pies de su ventana, por lo que su vista es de un muro de cama. 8-Free desayuno en iconos de instalaciones de Agoda hotel - pero es extra. Las habitaciones se mantienen muy limpias y el aire acondicionado es excelente - para nosotros personalmente no se reservaría debido a la falta de instalaciones y sólo se reservaría sobre la fuerza de los iconos de Agoda. Si se queda en los jardines se encuentran todas las comodidades mencionadas y los terrenos son muy inteligentes como la piscina, pero sabido habitación he estado en mejores o más baratos albergues.

el personal es muy agradable y servicial. Yo diría lo mismo que conocieron muchos chicos filipinos, siempre hablando con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno también es muy bueno, buffet con una gran variedad de alimentos para comer. La tortilla es muy recomendable. las habitaciones están limpias y son cómodas. un poco oscuro pero normalmente no te quedas en la habitación durante los días. No intente comprender algunas cosas a veces, hay algunas diferencias culturales. El personal puede ayudarlo a alquilar scooters, hay algunas cosas que debe tener en cuenta antes de reservar, para evitar malas sorpresas o malentendidos.

El hotel está ubicado un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. La habitación es amplia y la cama es cómoda. Es un hotel nuevo que todavía están construyendo o al menos, terminando, ya que faltan muchos detalles. Hay agua caliente, aunque tarda en salir. Lo peor ha sido haber cogido el desayuno. Teníamos el ferry temprano y el desayuno no estaba disponible hasta más tarde. El horario del desayuno debería ser más amplio ya que muchos turistas cogen el ferry a el Nido. Nos ofrecieron darnos un desayuno de take away, y metieron un sándwich pequeñísimo,sin bebida ni fruta ni nada. La verdad que la experiencia del desayuno malisima, teniendo en cuenta que pagamos extra por ello. El sándwich que nos dieron era ridículo, estaba solamente untado en salsa de cangrejo, y tuvimos que ir a desayunar, porque obviamente eso no era un desayuno.

Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was good, but had a couple problems. The insulation wasn't that good, so it took a while for the air-conditioning to cool down the room. On really warm days it takes quite a bitnof time to cool down. Also the shower pressure was pretty weak. Our room also happened to be right next to the the place next door, and the chickens can be quite loud in the morning. Some ofnthese things might just ne specific to that one room though. Other than that though, the room was good for our trip and good value. The town center also just a short walk away. The staff were also super helpful. We wanted to post a postcard, but unfortunately couldn't catch the post office in time, so we asked the receptionist to post it for us. We gave her some money, but she messaged that it was actually short by a small amount. She gladly covered the surplus and sent through the receipt. This was a real highlight of the service and is a big reason we would recommend this place.

I had stayed in Sunz en Coron a few years ago with friends and this year with my family. Both times have been an enjoyable stay which deserves more than a 5star rating! As a person who worked at customer service for more than 10years, theirs' is simply superb! My family have been gushing on our stay and experience that added to their fun and enjoyment of Palawan! Thank you Sunz en Coron for enhancing a truly memorable vacation for my family! We will surely come visit again and recommend you to friends who are planning to Visit Coron! Kudos to all your staff!
