Well located & well appointed rooms with stunning views. The restaurant staff & the food were outstanding. The restaurant staff gave warm & personalised service to make it a memorable experience. The front desk & the house keeping needs more training to handle the customers better.

ITC - Pine & Peak, As I am already have member of ITC and had stayed in couple of ITC hotels , but even though I have researched and selected the Pine & Peak for leisure trip for the kashmir as I am first time. It's calm and peaceful stay. Mr.Shahid and Shoaib were veryful in my trip to help better and given more than what they could in every aspect . It's a wonderful to stay in ITC, Rooms are clean, food is delicious. Had a nice rejuvenation in spa. And forgot to mention as they upgraded the room too as I requested them . My personal thanks total team of Pine and Peak Cheers ITC

Hi they made it super comfortable and decorated my room since it was my niece 5 th birthday with cake and flower . They need it all to bring a smile .Mr shoayb and mr bashir. Ask them the next time u visit . Clean rooms luxury friendly welcoming.go

Was hesitant to book such an expensive hotel. But after the experience of the resort and staff here, i would highly recommend this place. The location of the resort is beautiful and scenic to an extent that even visiting near by valleys would look ordinary. Service and staff were excellent. Special thanks to Javid and Latif ji for room decor and assisting in food respectively.

Excellent property, good view of rooms ,neat and clean rooms Mr javaid bhat housekeeping department is best he fulfilled our all requirements he is a nice guy. Javaid Ahmad helped lot with everything we needed here we are staying 2 night here ,we are vist again...

This was my second stay at pine and peaks . Beautiful river facing property with lovely sit outs. All the rooms are well appointed , cosy, slightly smaller in size but beautiful views. Some river facing and some pine forest facing. You can walk down and within a short distance you can reach river. There is a small park with river access nearby. Pehelgaam market is walking distance about 1 1/2 km. Buffet spread is good. Overall very good experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at the ITC pine n peak. Great hospitality by the staff with amazing views. Special mention for our housekeeping staff Mr. Javid who certainly made our day with his efforts and hospitality. A must visit property, amazing place to chill with family & friends.

The hotel is located at an ideal location in pahalgham. The view from the hotel is stunning and looks like a picture postcard. The service is absolutely flawless! The chef has a great job in curating the buffet menu for both breakfast & lunch! The food was delicious. The Hi-Tea arrangement at 4:00pm was a bonus for us as we were travelling with kids! Kids enjoyed the recreation facilities and there was absolutely no time to get bored in 3 nights 4 days stay ! Compliments to Mr. Anees & Mr Shahid at the front office for a smooth check-in & check-out.
