A friendly place. There are just 2 or three rooms available so it is a cozy place. Very accommodating and responsive. Worked out perfectly for us.

This was not an apar**ent. It was a garage converted into a living space with an adjoining door to their personal residence. With only a lock on their side of the door. I feel like the description is misleading and we never would’ve booked. We could also hear music and other noises from the house. We did not feel safe and left and stayed at another nearby hotel. I’ve called ******* that evening for a refund and was told they would contact the owner and let us know. There has been no communication from either and no refund.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly. Very clean. Laundry inside. Full kitchen. Nice furnishings. Easy parking. Great location in Pagosa and easy to get to Wolfcreek Ski area. A
