Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo WI

here's a multitude of things I wasn't pleased with. Door to the room was difficult to open due to scraping along floor. Vent in bathroom broken. Mold in the bathroom along the wall and ceiling. Window was difficult to open Was told there would be continental breakfast from 6-930am and there wasn't anything there the whole time except juice and nutrigrain bars

I really liked the room and amenities.The only complaint is the parking lot was a snow covered mess several hours after the snow had stopped and into the following morning.

Older building but quite well maintained. Staff were fast and courteous. Have stayed here many times and have always been satisfied.

Very quiet considering location being right next to interstate and truckstop.

Very neat and clean and decorated nicely for fall. Good coffee! A protein source for a breakfast selection would be nice like hard-boiled eggs or something.

Bathtub not easy to access for person with difficulty walking and standing. Toilet too low to get down to and up from. Otherwise , enjoyed the visit.

Check-in was awesome.. lobby was clean and neat. The parking lot, and hotel grounds, on the other hand, was dirty and very unkept. the A/C unit in our room (room 109) had a musty smell, so the entire room smelled musty - might be time to do some maintenance or clean the unit - the smell made for a rough night of sleep.

Nice size room but bed and pillows awful, smelled musty and our toilet overflowed or plugged EVERY tiime regardless of job.

Staff was good, breakfast was good. Cleanliness good (though I do think at last emptying wastebaskets on a daily basis would be SOP). But we couldn't get a decent night's sleep with bedding that slithered off the bed and didn't keep us covered in the night. Wifi was good; TV pretty good, parking good. Overall, We'd say the services were not adequate for the price.
