I recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay: Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends. Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind. Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite. Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax. Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort. Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!

El hotel era tan bueno Epic está cerca Pagué mi depósito dos veces por día. He comprobado con confianza porque pensé que sería cancelado. (EE.UU. es casi autocontrol) Una semana después, más de 400 dólares se pagó por tarjeta. Muy absurdo 😡😡 Epic Universal come y habla inmediatamente y no gasta 0 gana en el hotel !!!!! Te estoy esperando porque estoy respondiendo activamente a Trip.com ㅠ

That is the best hotel I stayed in Orlando. It is very close to universal studios Epic park. Unfortunately they don’t have one close to Disney world. Otherwise I would book it all the way for the 9 days trip. Great location clean and mordern design. Especially front desk people are very professional. I’m from texas. I don’t know anything here. So the front desk gentleman he is friendly telling us where to the pool where is our room at and where is breakfast and what time etc. awesome ! Only one thing I wish the dinning area have some pasta that would be great. Oatmeal bowl is great Sweet potatoes fries great ….. some food are just ok. They have laundry room roughly $4.25. Very good. Water filter place is great. Swimming pool is great and clean. Guards are very responsible. I hope this hotel spread more business . I would go for this hotel any location .

Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The hairdryer was faulty and they took more than an hour after 4 calls for them to deliver a replacement. Front desk manager made it up with meal vouchers. Nonetheless, it was a decent stay but disappointing in several aspects.

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Creo que esta casa está bien, la habitación está limpia y limpia, el personal es amigable. Puede viajar en barco a la ciudad de Globe es muy conveniente, el mapa de la habitación es un rápido acceso al mundo. No hay muchas expectativas antes de ver los comentarios, y el resultado es que la vida se siente bien.

Me ascendieron a una suite. La suite es realmente grande y la vista a la piscina también es hermosa. El personal es muy entusiasta y dispuesto a brindar ayuda. ¡También estuvieron muy ansiosos por ayudarnos cuando nos encontramos con un huracán! En general, el hotel está limpio y el ambiente es bueno. Vale la pena recomendarlo. El precio también es muy asequible. Hay un servicio de autobús a Universal Studios, que está a menos de 10 minutos en coche. ¡También puedes entrar al parque 1 hora antes, lo cual es genial!

Pase Express gratuito al registrarte, excelente relación calidad-precio. El hotel es amplio y bonito; puedes explorarlo si tienes tiempo. El entorno es excelente. Hay servicio de transporte disponible a los cuatro parques temáticos de Universal Studios. Perfecto para unas vacaciones.

Very impressive hotel , easy stroll to Universal Studios with the option to get the boat if preferred. We had a slight issue with noisey neighbours however the staff were incredible with resolving this issue. Very friendly , calm atmosphere. Perfect for anyone trying to relax or go to Universal.

Nos alojamos aquí para acceder temprano al parque y para utilizar el autobús lanzadera. La ubicación es muy conveniente para ir al parque y fue la mejor opción para alojarse aquí. Las habitaciones son bonitas, el hotel es espacioso, solo teníamos un día para visitar Universal/Islands of Adventures, pero al alojarnos aquí y utilizar el pase exprés, hicimos todo literalmente en un día. ¡Solo asegúrate de utilizar el autobús lanzadera de las 7 a. m.! La piscina es bonita, pero hace demasiado frío para nadar en enero. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel!
