We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

El hotel está limpio y cómodo, y la zona está bien. La recepción es muy responsable y el inglés es muy bueno. El hotel ofrece cenas, pero tiene pizza, no es muy agradable. Puede hacer dos o tres trenes en el aeropuerto a la estación de Russellheim, y luego tomar un autobús (aproximadamente 10 euros) o un autobús (15 minutos después de salir del autobús) para ir al hotel. La primera vez que llamé Uber por más equipaje, luego eligí un autobús. También es conveniente ir al centro de Frankfurt y el tren puede llegar a la estación central en 20 minutos. Esta mañana me llamaron una dama del restaurante favorito. Quería hablarme de mi crítica. Primero me dijo que el personal de servicio tiene una percepción completamente diferente y que en el restaurante se han instalado cámaras y todo se ha grabado. Primero, me molesta la información sobre las cámaras, pero respondí que en principio es buena, porque todo se ha grabado y puede evaluarse en función de los hechos. En efecto, la percepción de los sirvientes no me parecía estar relacionada con los hechos. Objetivamente, puedo entender lo – ¿Qué se puede decir al jefe si se encuentra en una situación de necesidad de explicación... La dama quería oír mi versión de nuevo, eso no fue así porque me interrumpió constantemente. Tomó palabras en la boca que nunca usaría, a saber, se dijo que no quería ser «rellena», cuando el sirviente me quería darme el mismo vino 2-tes sin preguntar si lo deseaba. Hay tan buenos restaurantes en Frankfurt, donde ya había varias veces, como Villa Merton, La Fleur, (anteriormente Emma Metzler) , Maintower o Lohninger – allí es la calidad, el servicio y la amistad y allí nos gusta ir de nuevo! Es un gran hotel, nuestra habitación era bonita, TV y WiFi gratis. El desayuno buffet es delicioso y suficiente.El jardín de cerveza delante de la puerta invita a permanecer. Park and ride está cerca si quieres ir a Mainz con el tren. Fue hermoso, me encantaría volver. es grande y hay un gran desayuno buffet que es delicioso y suficiente.

Está a unos 3 minutos de la estación central de Mainz. Es fácil ir a cualquier atracción. El buffet de desayuno es muy rico. El baño no tiene puerta. Sería un inconveniente si tiene amigos viviendo con usted. Estoy aquí para ver el partido de fútbol. Es un viaje muy feliz. Come Mainz definitivamente se quedará nuevamente.

Hotel poco fuori dal centro città, che si raggiunge a piedi in 10/15 minuti, ha un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è molto disponibile. In reception ci sono distributori di snack e bevande calde. La nostra camera era abbastanza grande e pulita. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
