shower was terrible , it barley worked and it was confusing to work . other than that everything was great !

The hotel appears nice at first glance, but our experience was disappointing. The service at the bar was terrible, and we encountered issues with our check-in process, which we only discovered upon checkout. The front desk attendant was unhelpful, insisting we run our card again despite already doing so during check-in. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were attentive. Our premier suite was comfortable, but it lacked complimentary water, offering only expensive Fuji water for $5 each. Overall, I would advise against staying here to avoid disappointment.

took forever to be served upon arrival. front desk overworked and understaffed perhaps. beautiful facility. great ambiance. The SHOWER though?.....controls almost undecipherable.

Finding parking was really difficult on a Saturday night. The property itself is fine... it is sparse on amenities and any place that charges me $5 for the water bottle in my room (I don't care that it was Fiji) gets a side eye from me.
Frankly, the room was average. Our shower showed a lot of wear. The beds were brutally uncomfortable. Also, the windows are really thin so there was a ton of traffic noise all night.
I understand that it is an old building, I just expected more for the price and acclaim.

This is a beautiful retro hotel. Love the vibe and location. Wicked Rabbit Speakeasy located next door is a great way to end the evening. We love this location!

The room was very unclean, the shower bearly worked & only had scortching hot Temps, i was surprised that there was no microwave in the room and only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel that was 4 floors away. Overall for the price of the room there were very little adminities.

Absolutely no water pressure in the shower unleas it was ice cold. The windows were ao drafty that it was just so chilly.
The valet fellow was very nice and quick.
