Do not fall for this scam (it's a clever one). 2920 S. 13th Ct. Omaha, NE. This is an abandoned hotel, formerly known as the American Inn Hotel (Howard Johnson By Wyndham doesn't exist). There's a sign posted on the door directing visitors to go to the Rodeway Inn. They are luring customers to the Rodeway Inn located in Bellevue, NE, where they claim they will "honor" the reservation. Once they obtain your Wyndham Confirmation Number and ID, they will charge your card. "Howard Johnson By Wyndham" and Rodeway Inn are working in cahoots to scam you!

Run away as fast as you can. I would say Dirty but unfortunately that isn't fair to the very word. They will hack your accounts if you choose to use their "free Wifi" and they will make sure you wouldn't have a chance in hell to receive your deposit back. I vacuumed and cleaned my own room and still when I had to check out at 5am due to work and a Winter store that hit that day, I was told I'm not getting my deposit back when I called about it around 1pm since I waited 30 mins for a front desk attendant. I was told I had to call the number on the desk(I did 9 times) no one came out. It's a scam and I reported them to the BBB and FBI Cyber crime for hacking into my accounts.

Hands down the worst place I’ve stayed. My brother booked this room. We got there and there was I believe drywall mud ll over doors. Got to our room. No towels, for a room reserved for 3 ppl. Not even a way cloth. No toiletries- I always bring out so I was put anything but not a thing in the bathroom. Beside 1/2 roll of 1/8 ply TP. (I thankfully packed some for in the car uses.) AND a used bar of soap in the bathtub. Water stained walls and ceilings. The glue bug trap was fully stuck to the wall. The main light was burnt out. The tv did not do anything but a good use for another light. No screen in the window. Plastic yard chairs for in room seating no dresser 1 end stand and 1 trash can. I went to walk to check out pool it was closed by health depar**ent. On the way I found a posted notice from the marshal on the next door. A room with moldy weirdness. What looked like nasty furniture they had pulled from a room. Blk mold behind wallpaper. I DID NOT CHECK OUT BREAKFAST I WAS TERRIFIED!!!!!!!!!!! The staff was very Rude and aggressive yelling at us across room asking us what we were doing while reading signs around lobby and pool. I actually asked him why he was yelling at us. Said it want necessary. I was like with!!! Never had I been treated like this. There’s a “gaming” room that looked like it had never been cleaned the was an outside door that did not lock. I am happy we left my kids home this time. Had to walk through room with us “not allowed” in the room while he checked for damages to determine about returning the deposit. I hope you do not stay here. Spend the extra money it will be worth it

Worst hotel experience I've had in my 71 years and that includes worldwide travel to include third-world countries. Good points about the motel: NONE Bad Points about the motel: 1) BLACK MOLD around tub and along baseboards by toilet. 2) NO SMOKE ALARM in room. Front desk staff refused to do anything about it or give me another room. Said no other rooms were available altho the parking lot was less than 1/2 full at 10:30 P.M. I was told the reason there was no smoke alarm was because it would go off when people smoked in the room. Note that this is a "smoke free" facility. 3) Fire sprinkler head in room was wrapped in plastic so even if the system was activated it would not have done any good. 4) Only one small towel and one small bar of soap for both shower and bathroom needs. Had to argue for 10 minutes with the front desk clerk before he relented and brought 2 more towels. No bath mat or wash cloths. Other patrons commented to me they did not have any towels and asked if I had any. 5) Missing ceiling light globe in bathroom and 2 of 4 light bulbs missing from light over the bathroom sink. 6) Torn wallpaper in the room. 7) Grungy bedding and pillows. They seemed years old. 8) Room was dirty. Visible dirt on room heater and other areas. 9) TV didn't work. 10) Dirty coffee maker but no coffee pot or supplies. 11) No plastic drinking cups available; had to cup my hands under the facet in order to get a sip of water. 12) NO HOT WATER at all. 13) Free breakfast non-existent. Juice machine in the lobby but it did not work. No complimentary coffee in the front lobby area. 14) Construction debris throughout the hallways and stairs. Most doors to all the rooms had lots of dried drywall compound on them. 15) Torn/ripped carpets in the hallways. 16) Front desk staff was terrible. Very reluctant/refused to correct problems. Argumentative. Upon check-in, there was a lady with a service dog who was turned away because they would not allow a service animal. When checking out, I stood in an empty lobby at the front desk for 15 minutes after having rung their service bell several times. When a clerk did arrive, he could not (or would not) give me a receipt because he said "you are not in our system."

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is disgusting. I’m not sure when the pictures were taken but it looks NOTHING like them. The Lobby is awful. Pool was “closed for maintenance”. The entire hotel reeked like smoke. The guy checking us in had to run up to our room to make sure it was clean and then handed me two towels from behind the desk and said that was all they had. We were a family of 4. Our keycard got stuck in the entry lock. The room clearly had just been occupied by someone that I’m guessing the guy ran up to tell to get out. The tv was on, microwave had just been used, window was open, imprint of a body on the bed, absolutely no amenities in the bathroom, ink stain on the bed. So disgusting that we didn’t even stay long enough to take pictures. The guy didn’t even try to argue with us when we asked for a refund. He told us to just say they were overbooked, even though they were not. There were maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The worst experience I have ever had. 1st the room had no working television then they were out of towels. We had to use spare clothes to dry. The bathtub would lift paint when water would touch it. There was no toilet tissue holder. There were stains everywhere. Door are a mess. I wish I knew how to get a refund.

This hotel should be condemned. There is mold, unhealthy and unsafe environments throughout. Safety violations everywhere. NOTHING, is even close to advertised. Over priced. False advertising. Not safe

We got there late at night, I had reservations for a 2 double bed room and a king with a pull out sofa, we did not get the pull out sofa, our son had to sleep on a cot. When we got to the room it was dirty, floor sticky, table dirty, bathroom rusty and dirty, cobwebs and bugs. We ended up staying because it was late and everyone was tired. There was also no breakfast, the pool was gross and green and they didn't have any shampoo, hallway smelled like pot.
