1.the internet can't connect because room far from router😂 2.Women reception no help 3.I stay 3 days but housekeeper didn't clean my room after I come back at . 6:00 p.m. then I called to the reception she didn't want to change my room but it dirty. 4.If you stay more1 day they will give you water only first day reception said after I ask her for water.

We got a ‘cheap & cheerful’ last minute was not disappointed At the top of the main shopping ***** Rooms - we got a standard, but could’ve upgraded - standard room absolutely dead on / room 505 Not facing pool & bit of road noise but for £50 b&b for a night - come up absolutely smacker deal !!! Staff amazing, food choice amazing Jazz night on wed fantastic Love love love

The hotel is very nice and clean. Gardens are beautiful and well looked after. Breakfast was excellent. The staff all very helpful. The cocktails also went down well. The restaurant staff and the food are excellent. I can recommend this hotel and staff.

Lovely hotel. The Swimming pool is stunning. I love the greenery around the hotel. It’s very secluded and private. The room was very clean and cute little balcony. We had two very special guests (cats) that made our stay even better . The staff are so friendly and chatty . On out second to last night I have one of the best steaks I have had in a long time !! We will be back ! Thank you for such a fab week . Emily and Alice

Amazing hotel and location, we had a superior room on the top floor overlooking the garden, it was very clean and cleaned to a very high standard everyday. It was spacious, with a fridge, kettle, safe, slippers and hairdryer. The bed was comfy, and nice balcony. Breakfast was okay, not much choice, not much fruit, nice pancakes and omelettes though, we didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the hotel, but the drinks in the evening were amazing. Outside seating area and restaurant are both pretty and modern! Amazing location at the top of the *****, near the taxi rank and a 10 minute walk to the beach, I’d say location is absolutely perfect and that it is in a better location than some of the other hotels that are in a similar price range. Nice pool area, pool is a really nice temperature, very pretty, however it can get very busy in the day time. Pretty and modern reception area, nice friendly staff and when we checked in our bags got taken to our room by a member of staff. Good air con in the room. Bathroom modern, shower powerful and hot. Nice view of the paragliders and you can see the cable car from the hotel!!

We booked a superior suite and were really looking forward to starting our holiday. When we arrived, we were checked in to room 303. This room is definitely not a superior suite. It is so small there is no wardrobe, only a tiny pole with 7 hangers, not enough for 1 person for a 10 day holiday never mind 2 and nowhere to store cases except leave them on the floor and step over them The bathroom was so small there was nowhere to put toiletries, except on the floor. The soap dish was in the sink as there was nowhere else for it. The bathroom door is also clear glass. When we open the patio door we were faced with a 20 foot plus high wall. It was like a prison! I asked to be moved but nothing could be done until morning therefore first night of holiday totally ruined. Next day we were moved into garden room 15 but we were told that room 303 was a actually an upgrade from the superior suite as room 303 had a jacuzzi bath! Garden room 15 was more spacious but not the superior suite we expected and paid for. On the hotel's own website it states "all rooms have a garden, pool or seaview" garden room 15 didn't have any of these, and was facing an extremely busy main room with heavy traffic all night so it was disturbed sleep every night. According to the hotels own website garden room 15 is a "smart room" so still didn't get the superior suite we expected or paid for. However, it would appear that we were not the only people who were unhappy with their rooms as it appeared from talking to people and overhearing conversations, that on a daily basis people were asking to be moved and paying to upgrade. So our experience was not a one off, it it a common practice so be aware. Breakfasts were ok, usual continental layout, some days it looked like last night's leftovers were being served, broccoli, chips, veg. You could order a cooked breakfast but you have to pay for it. Overall, hotel is a bit tired and run down, rooms are definately not as advertised . Wouldn't return and definately wouldn't recommend.

We have stayed in this hotel before and have never been disappointed its clean and tidy , the staff are amazing and will do anything to help there are different standards of rooms we stayed in smart room last year which was lovely , this year we stayed in standard room asked for double but got a twin mentioned at reception and next day beds had been made into a king size bed , room was cleaned every day towels and sheets every 3 days . The breakfast are buffet style but also will make fried eggs or omelette on request free of charge 😋 pool area also very clean plenty of beds and they provide bed towels. Kettle and coffee/tea in rooms also fridges , safes and aircon also FOC . Location very close to everything but still very peacefull best hotel iv stayed in in oludenize

Had the absolute best time staying here for my first trip to Turkey. The rooms are lovely and spacious with cleaners coming in daily to clean them if you’d like them to. The staff on site are brilliant, they’re so friendly and go out of their way to help you. The pool is amazing, especially with the hot weather, with plenty of space to swim and sunbathe. The hotel itself is in the perfect spot, as there’s plenty of things to do nearby and the beach is only a short walk down the road. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would happily stay here again when I next visit Turkey.

Very friendly staff , well maintained. like one big family with all other guests. Entertainment very good. Need an update regarding restaurant IE bread and toaster should be together rather than opposite sides of restaurant, would be better to have sliced bread due to hygiene for toast , running out of cutlery very often and having to wait for it and your food is going cold. But all in all we had an amazing holiday, and already booked for may 2024 , can't wait to see all the amazing ( Kermit) . PS cakes are amazing kev & Jen xx
