I was in orang county alanya from 21th to 27th April with my wife and my son. I'm going to mention some plus points and minus points of this hotel : Minus points: 1. When we arrived, front desk didn't attend that we need family room .however the most of hotel's room was empty they gave us a very small room with three beds. Our bed was twin bed instead of double bed. 2. My bed had a lot of noise so it maked up me during the night. 3. We were on the first floor so there was a lot of noise from the street . I suggest the door of balcony needs to fix. 4. Nobody couldn't speak English Plus point: 1. Entertainment of hotel was so active and funny . 2. Bartenders was kind and perfessional. Specifically mr berkay makes very delicious drinks and always was so kind. 3. The water of aqua park was warm. 4. Spectacular scenery from lobby 5. Variety of foods 6. Delicious pastas 7. Big main pool 8. Easy access to everything Last but not least I recommend this hotel just for families so there were many families with many children that maked much noise every where.

I have been a guest at this hotel for quite some time and my experience so far has been excellent. The people working at Hotel Litore were always responsive, friendly, hospitable. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious. I never had a single complaint until last week (November 4th). I had the most horrible experience a woman can have. I felt insecure, scared, threatened. At 11 pm there was a knock in my hotel room. I was in the shower and my friend (female) opened the door and saw the front office manager Sait at our door. I could hear them talking at the door. This went on for about 10 minutes while I was still in the shower. When I entered our room, they were talking on the balcony. Imagine my complete shock while I was still undressed when I saw someone from the hotel, a manager, in our room. Up until that point I had just exchanged a few words with him in the hotel lobby and had never given him any indication that I had or could have any interest in him. I or my friend never invited him to visit us in our room. It never occurred to me that something like this could happen. I was literally shocked. I won't lie, I was scared that something might happen to me and my friend. I felt insecure and scared. I got dressed in a hurry, put on whatever I could find, just so he wouldn't see me naked. He started asking me if I have a boyfriend, am I single while looking at me suspiciously. Luckily my friend was calm and told him we should leave the room now. Fortunately, he left too. Anyway, I have never felt more scared and insecure in my entire life. In a place where I should be relaxing and having fun, I was made to feel scared for my own safety as a woman. In such a friendly county, in a hotel where I have always been treated with respect, to feel so humiliated by a man in a leadership position... This is unacceptable. It also speaks badly for the hotel. I strongly believe that this person should not be an employee at Hotel Litore because his actions reflect on the hotel as well. We also informed the general manager of the hotel about the situation but he took no action and covered up the whole situation as it never happened. It's been a few days and I'm home now, but I'm still having nightmares about it. As a woman, I feel helpless. This man's actions were appalling, but what shocked me even more was the lack of any action by his superior. No one even apologized to me. I didn't get one: sorry. This is truly unacceptable. I honestly don't think women can feel safe there. We were lucky that nothing more happened, but I don't know if some other women will be as lucky as we were, or if something worse could happen to them.

Our big family chose this hotel for a reason. In this wonderful place, very responsive staff and incomparable service! I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who reads this review. I would especially like to note the work of the girls at the reception, who always met and helped in any matter. I would especially like to mention the Russian-speaking girl Aiturgan, who was very nice and happy to help us. Thanks!

Estabamos aquí por 10 días, 2 adultos y 4 niños. Buenas puntuaciones: hotel limpio, habitaciones limpias, personal amigable, muchas variedades de alimentos. Bebidas fueron agradables. Malas puntuaciones: no suficientes camas solares alrededor de la piscina. Si no pones tus toallas a las 6:00 no te da una cama que es ridículo! El hotel no debería permitir que las personas lo hagan. Nos sentamos allí todo el día y vimos a las personas caminar a sus camas alrededor de 1600 después de estar fuera todo el día! La piscina se cierra en 1900, pero el personal se aparta de las camas solares en 1730 para hacer espacio para las mesa de cena... hay 1 guarda de vida que observa las diapositivas durante 2 horas al día. No estaba allí todos los días! ¡Es un desastre esperando que suceda!! La piscina infantil es pequeña. Si tienes un toddler entonces este lugar no es para ti! Afortunadamente, mi 5 años de edad estaba lo suficientemente confiante para nadar con brazos como no podía tocar el suelo en cualquiera de las piscinas ( además de la piscina infantil! ¡Qué es literalmente 1.5m por 1.5m) entretenimiento era ok, no mucho entretenimiento para el inglés aunque en mi opinion. Staff couldn't speak great English so my daughter didn't enjoy the kids club as they couldn't talk to them. Food was ok - but gave us all illness and diarrhoea. There was a lot to choose from but the same thing most days. La chica no limpió sus habitaciones - literalmente, simplemente hizo las camas y cambiaron las toallas. No se quitaron los gafas de las habitaciones ni se sacó el cabello. La playa estaba bien, pero los zapatos de playa son 100% necesarios. El mar era demasiado crudo para que los niños disfruten de las ondas son realmente grandes. Las habitaciones no son muy probadas. Podría oír absolutamente todo. Incluyendo el club nocturno unos pocos hoteles a lo largo de los cuales no se detuvo hasta alrededor de 0200am. En general, tuvimos una buena estancia, pero no recomendaría este hotel si tienes hijos.
