Ein recht neues Haus, sehr gut in Offenbach an der Berliner Straße gelegen. Die Innenstadt und der Wochenmarkt am Wilhelmsplatz sin fussläufig innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben am Haus sind die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Concierges. Einziges Manko an den Zimmern ist das Bad mit der doch recht eigenwilligen Anordnung der Wasserhähne am Waschbecken. Da stimmen die Proportionen der Armatur nicht mit dem Waschbecken überein. Das führt unweigerlich zur Überschwemmung des Waschtisches. Ein bisschen befremdlich ist auch das der Parkplatz mit € 15.— pro Tag sehr teuer ist.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE S*** This is my experience: I travel with a dog and I searched through Booking the hotels that accept dogs. This hotel was in the list but just to be sure I wrote a WhatsApp to ask them, at the beginning they asked me how big is the dog, but then they changed and they said that THE HOTEL DON'T ACCEPT DOGS. I asked one more question but the guy in WhatsApp answered me that he had a day off and didn't know (???). For a problem with booking website (I was on another hotel page but the connection was bad and I don't know what happened recharging the page), I find myself paying 83€ at this hotel. I wrote IMMEDIATELY at the WhatsApp number and also through Booking explaining that I had a problem with Booking website and that for a mistake I payed 83€ but I couldn't come because they don't accept dogs. I kindly asked a reimbursement which was refused several times. As I had to go to another hotel nearby, the next morning I decided to pass by and to talk directly to the reception to explain the issue I had with the website but the receptionist was VERY IMPOLITE, DIDN'T WANT TO LET ME TALK AND EXPLAIN and invented a story that there was some other company owning the hotel (which is NOT TRUE) and that I had to ask Booking for the reimbursement. He said to write an email that would be forwarded to the owner but guess what?? The same guy answered to me directly at my email (do you think we are all stupid??) Things like this can happen when booking online and as I talked previously with the WhatsApp number, I would expect more comprehensive and human behaviour. The difference between humans and machines is the ability to understand the different situations, but apparently in this hotel all they care about is money. Never go to this hotel because once you paid they don't care about you at all, they are NOT NICE WITH THE CUSTOMERS, don't care about being good with the people, don't let you talk and explain, hope to never have a problem because they will never even try to help. Don't make my mistake and don't pay one single dime to this dirty hotel managed by not professional people.

The rooms are clean, but the halls are looking much worse, especially the carpets. Located conveniently next to the train stop, big car park. OK breakfasts, lots of amenities available for free, but you have to request them at the reception.

Las cosas no comenzaron bien, para ser honestas. El tipo en el escritorio delantero ”no pudo encontrar” la reserva y pasamos un buen 5 minutos discutiendo esto con él mientras le mostramos números de confirmación, tarjetas de crédito, etc. Finalmente decidió mirar en un tractor y miraculoso encontrar la reserva . Entonces pedí una llamada de despertar 3 horas más tarde, que en realidad llegó la mañana siguiente. Había que asegurarme de pedir la llamada para zwansig Uhr y no para ocho Uhr. Además de estos dos errores, sin embargo, el hotel era grande. La habitación era espaciosa, más que suficientes toallas de baño y el desayuno buffet era fantástico. Nos dejaron salir o nos dejaron incómodos, nos dejaron comer e incluso nos dijeron que no teníamos que apresurarnos - porque nos apresuramos. Extremamente útil y conocido sobre el área local y se fue más arriba y más allá para ayudarnos.

Un gran elogio se dirige al personal de gestión de este hotel. Lo que estos dos hacen es el martillo. Grande respeto! Las habitaciones están mejor equipadas. Aunque después de varias veces (al menos 20 veces) todo ha funcionado mejor. Clima, calefacción, TV, ducha. No hay nada que defecte. Ropa de cama y toallas limpias. No es natural para un hotel B&B. Excelente relación precio/eficacia. Coronas no sirven el desayuno. Tampoco hay problema... junto a McDonald y muchos supermercados/baquerías. Siempre me gusta recomendar

Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Bahnhaltestelle entfernt. Allerdings hatten wir Haare in unsere Dusche. Zusätzlich ich zu bemängeln das laut der Website der Check-Out um 11:30 ist, um 9:44 klopfte bei uns eine Dame die dann fragte wann wir auschecken wollen. Als ich meinte um 11:00 hatte sie gesagt das Check-Out um 10:00 ist und den Rest des Satzes hatte ich nicht verstanden. Aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das Hotel perfekt.
