Das moderne Gebäude direkt neben der Stoos-Bahn ist einladend, die moderne Ausstattung funktional und doch 'stylisch'. Die Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Personals zeugte von einer ”yes, I can Mentalität”. Das Check-in ist self maintained, war aber komplizierter als gedacht; der QR-Code-Leser musste xmal 'gebeten' werden ... ich musste - obwohl ich über Booking gebucht hatte - nochmal alle personenbezogenen Daten eingeben. Hätte gemusst - wenn mir nicht ein aufmerksamer Mitarbeiter sofort zu Hilfe gekommen wäre! Das Zimmer war modern gestaltet - reduced to the max aber es war alles da was es braucht. Ich reise mit Hund und es gab einen Fressplatz mit schönen Näpfen. Auf dem Flur gibt es eine Wasserbar mit schönen Karaffen und Gläsern. Am Abend konnte man einen Absacker in der Hotelbar nehmen mit tollem Blick in die Umgebung. Dass man einen Single Malt nicht im Tumbler serviert ist ein Detail :-) die Whiskykarte ist klein aber fein, auch mit lokal produzierten Sorten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist riesig. Da hat es für jedent etwas. Nur der Kaffee war relativ schlecht - Automatenkaffee eben. Ein super Kaffee zum Tag beginnen wäre sicher das i-Tüpfelchen auf den 5 Punkten!

Ingreso y desayuno se encuentran en el hotel de hermana, 5-10min. Hemos optado por el albergue porque era más barato. ¡Nos entusiasmamos por el precio que pagamos! Las habitaciones son relativamente nuevas, todo es muy limpio y se beneficia en muchos lugares del servicio 4-Stern: Por ejemplo, tiene varios productos de cuidado, colchones, raseros, botellas de agua en el cuarto, etc. El desayuno también fue muy delicioso y El personal es muy amable y previo. No fue un problema para nosotros ir a pie a un par de minutos al hotel de hermana para almorzar y registrarse, fue la diferencia de precio. Todo en todo absolutamente recomendable!

Wir lieben die Oriental Boutique Rooms: tolle orientalische Deko, Whirlpool mit Seesicht, separates WC, Waschbecken mit 2 Wasserhähnen. Der neue Wellnessbereich gefällt uns auch sehr gut, auch wenn wir lieber mehr textilfreie Saunen hätten. Und der Infinity Pool ist immer wieder beeindruckend. Das 4-Gang-Menü im Loy Fah war wie immer ausgezeichnet. Und vom Angebot am Frühstücksbuffet könnte sich manch 5-Sterne-Hotel eine Scheibe abschneiden, absolute Oberklasse.

Un hotel muy bonito, moderno. La recepción fue muy amable y rápida. El cuarto era muy grande y equipado con todo lo que se desea (más algo más). La celda húmeda era grande y mejor equipada. Todo estaba muy limpio. El aire acondicionado era muy bien configurado y poco audible. Había camas muy buenas, agradables. El desayuno buffet fue excelente, realmente había todo. El Wi-Fi es gratuito, rápido y funciona bien. El estacionamiento en el hall de aparcamiento era gratuito. Podemos recomendar al hotel, nos alegra volver. No puedo encontrar nada negativo.

Located at the beautiful lake of Ägeri this Hotel has nice and rooms, friendly staff, amenities (that I didn’t get to use because I was busy otherwise) and I nice breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend this place to others.

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy.
