We had a family wedding in Norwich so had a group booking for family all 9 of us . The hotel is very well situated for the City Centre and has a David Lloyd health centre next door ( day pass cost£10 but well worth it very good facilities ) and the hotel itself is very well set out with a lounge and bar at the reception and a breakfast area next to that ,all spotless . The rooms are very clean and have everything you could need ( iron ironing board hairdryer tv lots of electrical and usb points ) My mother has Parkinson’s disease and had a disabled adapted room which was perfect all the requirements to make life easier for limited mobility . The breakfast is a buffet and has everything you would need from cold to cooked and all was very tasty . The breakfast chef Daniel was outstanding , after hearing my mother’s illness he went over and above the level of service you would expect and I cannot thank him enough for his thoughtfulness . In conclusion a very nice stay made better by excellent staff throughout the hotel from reception to housekeeping and a special mention again to Daniel for his thoughtfulness . Highly recommend this hotel

We hosted an event at Mercure Norwich Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service provided. Nothing was too much trouble, and the entire experience from before booking, until the day of the workshop was exceptional. The events team were a joy to deal with as were the staff on the day. We will not hesitate to book there again.

El registro gratuito de contacto fue bueno, es una pena que no haya una reducción en el precio ya que el desayuno ya no se ofrece (comprensiblemente). La habitación tiene todo lo que necesitas, me he alojado antes y felizmente me quedaría de nuevo.

I often use Premier Inn hotels, but the 3 night stay I've just had stay at Norwich Duke Street didn't come up to my expectations. Our room was far too warm, even with the window open and the provided pedestal fan running constantly. I mentioned this to the chap in reception when checking out this morning and I was told that this is known problem with the building which customers frequently complain about, even in the winter. He went on to say that the they put portable air conditioners in the premier plus rooms and suggested that next time I book one of these. I don't think this is an acceptable answer. Why should I have to pay extra to be comfortable when there is a known issue with the temperature of the rooms?

When I stay there for work, I found very professional and appropriate manners in staff. My TV in the room wasn’t working after check in, but receptionist was straight to check it and changed my room. And he apologised, gave me a complimentary drink from bar. It is like 4 star hotel service in budget hotel! I definitely will coming back to this hotel for this professionalism.

La habitación era muy grande, con un enorme cuarto de cartel, un solo cama y un sofá. El hotel dispone de una habitación con camas muy confortables y una cama de baño con gel de ducha, champú y condicionador. Se han entregado una buena selección de té, café, galletas y chocolate, junto con botellas de agua y un mini refrigerador. Como nuestra hija ha decidido quedarse en Norwich, sin duda volveremos cada vez que visitemos. Debido a los aumentos actuales del precio de los alimentos, el desayuno es ahora continental, pero la opción era más que suficiente: pasteles, yogur, frutas, cereales y tostadas frescas.
