Free parking. The room is on 5th floor and can see some of city view. The room is big and enough for 2.

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms.
Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice bar in the reception area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks.
The location is a little further out than expected, however there is a bus stop literally outside the hotel so getting to central Brighton isn’t inconvenient.
I would stay here again.

Managed to park in the car park, a good start and it only got better! Got a free upgrade to the 5th floor, lovely room, sea view, balcony, amazing. I think the whole hotel seems to of had a decoration since my last visit. Room nicely decorated and everything was perfect. A lovely freshly cooked english breakfast if you wanted it. A lovely stay and would recommend.
