My recent stay was a regrettable experience, marred by a terrible location and a complete lack of trustworthiness from the staff. Beyond the inconvenience of the location, my experience took a turn for the worse when I lost my glasses during my stay. Initially, the hotel staff assured me that they had found my belongings and would keep them safe for retrieval.However, upon my return to collect my lost items, the glasses were mysteriously missing. Despite my efforts to contact the hotel for months, my attempts were met with silence. Upon revisiting the hotel in person to address the issue, the situation took an even more frustrating turn. The staff on-site suddenly claimed ignorance about the lost glasses and offered no assistance or solutions. Suddenly they sent me a policy about lost items that had never been mentioned before. Save yourself the frustration and avoid wasting your money. Choose a hotel that values its guests and their belongings.
