Hotel was very persistent to provide room opposite from what was requested which was high floor and not noisy area but later appeared to be blaming me or making me feel uncomfortable. Receptionist was an underage girl was working at the hotel reception which could perhaps reflect illegal work or child exploitation which is very common and felt in Vietnam at many hotels and it’s area when booking with Trip.com When informed about this discomfort, hotel was silent reflecting consent and agreement. Later hours, the receptionist changed to someone that looked older but similar. I further felt people entered the room when I was away or left the hotel for five minutes. A transport food company came to delivery food but told hotel staff somethings and then after, hotel became less welcoming and uncomfortable. Luckily it was just one night there as more nights would extend negative feelings to hotel, city or country which is adversed tourism feelings inflicted.

침대는 깔끔하고 편했어요!
근데 사진으로는 방이 고급져보이고 밝아보이는데 실제로는 고급져보이는 분위기도 없고 호텔이 밝지도 않아요.
그리고 12월 중순에 가니까 베트남 자체가 습하기도 했지만 그렇다면 호텔 측에서는 습하지 않게 습도 조절, 온도 조절을 에어컨으로 해주셔야 하는데, 로비가 습했어요. 그리고 호텔 주인 분은 영어를 못하시기 때문에 번역기는 필수입니다.
위치는 엄청엄청 나쁜 건 아닌데 그래도 나트랑 시내를 가기는 위해서는 그랩을 타고 다녀야해요. 완전 나트랑 시내는 아닌 걸 감안하시면 좋아요! 그리고 이런곳에 호텔이 있어? 할 만한 골목에 숙소가 있어요. 호텔보다는 모텔 정도에 가까운거 같아요! 근데 가격 생각하면 하루 정도는 나쁘지 않습니다!

По фото это было конечно очень красиво, но чистоту стараются в номерах поддерживать, видно что когда то был сделан качественный ремонт, а вот сейчас это все выглядит уже очень уставшим. У нас в номере не было горячей воды, пришлось ребенка мыть очень на скорую руку, благо в отель заезжали на 1 ночь. Вида конечно какого то шикарного вы не получите, максимум в город на переулки и тд. Бассейн очень маленький, даже и не пробовали купаться, хотя он был достаточно чистый.
В целом за эти деньги вариант не плохой, но не семейным парам. У нас ночь вышла что то около 1000 RUB

0.5박으로 사용하기 위해 저렴한 방을 예약
약 새벽2시쯤에 도착-＞ 카운터에는 영어가 잘안되는 직원상주-＞방키 받음-＞시티뷰 디럭스 트윈룸을 예약하였으나 슈페리어 더블룸을 줌-＞
카운터에 가서 이야기를 시도후(카운터 직원 영어안됨) 포기(방에 물이 없어서 물 두개만 받고 올라감)-＞황당함에 마지막날 0.5박으로 사용할라고 예약한거 취소-＞
아침에 물을 요구했더니 컵에 따라줄라고 해서 마트로 직행(여직원 굉장히 투덜)-＞그 후 체크아웃 (역시나 불친절 투덜+인상)
결론은 잠깐 머물더라도 저렴한 숙소는 잡는게 아님
