Good quality hotel in a great location for exploring and getting round Newcastle, everything we intended to do was within a 5 min walk. Clean and tidy too.

Lovely room - decor, size, bathroom everything spot on bar the temperature of the room super super cold the little heater didn't do much and didn't produce much heat with it being winter me and my Mother were extremely cold and bad to resort to wearing our jackets in bed, can't fault anything else.

Great location, Friendly staff, Apartment was spotless, although there was a leak on the ceiling of the living room, bed was comfortable although the duvet cover wasn't the right size however when I *****ped the beds I noticed that there was a padded mattress protector being used instead of a duvet.

Excellent central location. Room small but good quality. Facilities were fine apart from no air con in the room, meaning it was far too warm. Small fan provided which was noisy and not very effective.

Genuinely one of the poorest stays I have had here. Staff were unwelcoming and were mostly uncontactable during our stay. The bedding was scratchy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was so poorly constructed that water would go everywhere when you took a shower. Genuinely not worth the price point - there are better hotels, steer clear.

Perfect location and room. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Only downside was I felt like I needed to order a taxi to get to the room as it was quite a walk. But worth it when you were there. Best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel.
