Everything was good except the breakfast service. The lady that was cleaning up the breakfast dropped all the bagels and pushed them all back on the table. She was also playing music and shutting things off while people were still eating. I felt this was bad customer service

Night shift very rude . The water 💦 in our room wouldn't get hot so we had to move rooms . Parking sucks by the way .

unfortunately the maids never came out of the nights, the staff wasn’t very welcoming and friendly, tvs didnt work at all that have streaming, wifi was awful. i mean at least you can watch live tv. we were deceived. our room was supposed to be bigger. disappointed. almost four hundred dollars. staff that handles breakfast is so nice though. i’m just honestly really upset with my experience it didn’t feel like the staff liked their customers. the room was very clean but i felt concerned because the door gap was big and in general …. it isn’t the best. we were supposed to get a different room.

Upon booking the stay I was never notified it would be an $100 deposit, the”heated pool” was ice cold, and the hot tub wasn’t even half way filled. I had my wife and daughter along with me so we wanted to use the pull out sofa it had stains on it and no linen, I asked attendant and he gave me a sheet, and thin duvet cover, and told me this will keep her warm, I went back and demanded a comforter and he said he didn’t know if he had anymore, he found one though. I demand my money back!!

It was a little bit of a challenge to get turned onto the street that went into the property of the hotel at first because of where the hotel is located. Man behind the desk when I checked in was very nice and got me set up with exactly what I wanted with no problem. He was very patient and courteous with me. The suite we were in was great. We had a good nights rest and woke up rested and ready for the new day. I would recommend the motel. 🙂👍

My 2 stay it was convenient location to where I was going close to mall and restaurants. Management was not present for check out wait 10mins then just left.
1. No breakfast (whole stay)
2. Last day absolutely NO HOT WATER.
3. Window was left open and would not close.
