地處Napa市中心，地理位置絕佳，酒店服務人員非常熱情，前台辦理入住後有免費紅酒和小零食贈送。房間乾淨舒適，尤其床特別舒服。酒店公共設施略顯遜色，連健身房都沒有。。酒店燈光也偏昏暗，色調稍顯壓抑，可能為了要體現美式鄉村+精品酒店結合風格。和國內安達仕酒店有明顯差距。價格還是略顯貴

連住了兩晚，我是真的很愛這家酒店，在美國十五天，這是唯一一家讓我住着比較舒適得，床單終於變成了正常的床單。

非常不錯的酒店，下次繼續

在Napa城區，該酒店給我印象很好，房間設施不錯，牙刷拖鞋質量很好奇。感覺是“國外版的全季”。代客停車免費。值得入住。

Muy bien ubicado , únicamente el estacionamiento hay que caminar para dejarlo y llegar al hotel , en general todo muy bien .

Great loacation and friendly staff, We upgraded the room to the corner unit, not sure if it was worth it.

Very friendly staff, great location. parking is a little tricky, it's the street behind the hotel- and there is no gym, although they will give you a voucher to a nearby gym about 1.6 miles away. Would definately stay again, smelled very nice and room was big.

The property manager was personable and friendly. Her customer service at check-in set the tone for a great stay.

We love that it’s pet friendly, and appreciate the convenience of the location. Everyone on staff was very attentive and very helpful.

Check-in was very easy. Staff was friendly and we were gifted a tote bad with waters and snacks. Such a nice touch! The city view room with a king bed was spacious and bright. Only negative was the bed. Did not sleep well at all. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Thankfully we were only there for one night. Also, saw no signage for self park so had to do valet.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location for walking around downtown Napa.

Really enjoyed staying in downtown Napa which has really grown up as a city. Hotels like the Andaz are a part of why Napa has grown up. Sophisticated, non-pretentious, clean and friendly are the key words here. My only complaint is minor, but their shower/sink water was musty smelling and the combination of complimentary soaps in the shower (which was awesome) were not complimentary (peppermint shampoo, cilantro conditioner and rum bodywash).

Did not have warm/hot water in the bathroom sink to wash my face the first night. The fridge reeked of something rotting so it was gross to put my water in there to chill. It made me very concerned over general cleanliness of the unit. On the 2nd night they TURNED MY WATER OFF. the front desk's response was "oh didn't they tell you when you checked in that this was going to happen?" [Answer: no!]. Why book a room that's scheduled to have the water shut off??? The gentleman who answered my call said he'd refund me the destination fees of my stay but when I checked out in the morning he had not. The woman checking me out didn't seem too concerned about the quality of my stay but did say she'd refund me the destination fees. Given that I booked through ******* I am not sure how this refund will work but I would like someone to look into this.
