"I stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was very poor. The staff were friendly and addressed issues promptly, but there were many hardware problems that urgently needed renovation. On the first night, they were fixing the pipes, and I couldn't shower until past 11 PM. The bathroom ceiling was damaged, so I had to switch rooms. The new room then had a leak, forcing me to move to a suite. The suite's hygiene was acceptable, but the sofa was so black and dirty I didn't dare sit on it. The room's phone line was broken, which delayed my food delivery by over an hour, and everything arrived cold. The bar below the second-floor suite was very noisy until 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep well. Light sleepers should definitely avoid it. The table in the room was too low; I practically had to sit on the floor to eat. The service was commendable, but there were many flaws in the facilities and details. These are my genuine impressions from my stay."

He said in a very impatient tone that it was in the bedside drawer! After I found it, I politely said thank you. I think as a service industry, there should be basic courtesy. Shouldn't I say you're welcome? It's really rude to just hang up the phone! There are no problems with the rest of the housekeeping aunties and other staff. It is recommended that the staff be given a good training before they can take up the job!"
