UUsuario invitadoEs mi primera vez que me alojo aquí. El hotel ha sido recientemente renovado y debería haber sido inaugurado hace unos años. Hay una entrada de metro abajo. Es muy conveniente ir a la estación de tren sur de Nanjing en solo 2 paradas de metro. También hay una tarjeta del equipo del salón ejecutivo. Consideraré quedarme aquí nuevamente en el futuro.

RRosielovestotravelJust had the most incredible stay at Nanjing Yunshuijian Parent-child Resort Hotel! As a foreigner, I was blown away by the laid back atmosphere and abundance of amenities and activities available. From water sports like boating and jetskiing to numerous campsites and restaurants, this place has it all!
My personal favorite spot was the Shark Bar restaurant - the owners and staff are phenomenal! The vibe and atmosphere are unbeatable. Highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance.

LLuan YeeI am not very pleased with my stay at this hotel. While walking along the corridor to my room, I noticed a smell that was musty and the corridor was heavily deodorised.
When I used the toilet for the first time, it choked and I had to call the reception to send the someone to clear the toilet bowl. The manager Ying Yue told me that I must not throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl but instead throw it into the dust bin that was beside the toilet bowl. I was flabbergasted because throwing the toilet paper into the dust bin would mean that the toilet would smell of faeces and urine. Now I understand why the corridor has a musty smell and why it must be deodorised to cover the smell.
She said that all hotels in Nanjing had this plumbing problem. I asked her why wasn't there a notice in the toilet to tell guests what to do with the toilet paper after using it. She replied that all local guests know they are not supposed to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl and it is the local Nanjing toilet culture.
She also mentioned that the toilet paper Atour provided is extra thick and is not soluble, so that's another reason not to throw the toilet paper into the toilet bowl.
However, she was nice enough to accompany me to the convenience store next door and paid for two packets of ordinary tissue paper.
Another issue I had was the supper provided. It said from 9:30 pm to 11 pm. When we went there on the first night of our stay at 9:40 pm, the rice porridge and millet porridge were totally cold and the 3 types of buns were randomly thrown into two steaming baskets, all mixed up and cold. I asked the young staff why wasn't the buns heated. He couldn't answer. The food didn't look enough to last till 11 pm. On the last night, we went for supper again at 9:30 pm sharp. Both the rice and millet porridge were just lukewarm and I asked the two young staff why wasn't the porridge heated. One of them told me that old and young guests do not like hot porridge. This must be the most absurb statement I have heard about porridge. I think Atour should be more siincere about the supper it offers.
Except for the two young staff at the restaurant, all the other reception staff and cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful.

EElenaI stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip. The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the city, but its standard is excellent. Spacious clean rooms with good repair, excellent bathroom. There is a refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee - everything that business travelers need. Comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning is quite good. I will stay here again.

This hotel has an excellent location near the university city and many theme parks, such as Nanjing Happy Valley. The level of elegance of the rooms was comparable to the now-extinct 6-star rating. You would have to see it to believe it, including the electric toilets and beveled glass doors.
However, I decided to post a comment because of the restaurant. I have been in China for 23 years and usually travel for business. Breakfast at most hotels is not good, and nothing like in Western hotels. Because of this, I drove to a fancy restaurant and wasted a ton of money on horrible food. The next day, upon checkout, I decided to eat at the in-hotel restaurant and was totally shocked to find two interconnected dining facilities, consisting of a hot pot buffet on one side and an À la carte buffet on the other. I chose the À la carte because my son saw the grilled beef kabobs and had to have it.
Here is the best part: When you enter the buffet, you get a small card you pre-charge with money. I charged RMB 300, or about $41.66. You go through the buffet, take what you want, and swipe the card for each item. You only pay for what you eat. There had to be no less than 80 items on the buffet, from vegetable dishes, soups, pasta, beef (tenderloin), rib steak, short-rib steaks, fish, shrimp, traditional noodles, eggs, omelets, various bread, fruits, and many traditional Chinese dishes. There were four of us, and we were stuffed. Ultimately, I returned the charge card and was refunded RMB 35. This means I spent RMB 265 for four people or RMB 66.25 ($9.20) per person for a spectacular buffet.
This was hands-down the best hotel experience I've had in China, for room, and dining.
I really did not like one thing. A workstation outside deals with tiles, marble, masonry, and maintenance. It does not look good, and that was my view. The laydown area uses part of the parking lot. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the work site covered or contained in a shop. This is a major management gaff void of marketing awareness. I still rate the hotel a 5-star.

EE2357****Fui a Nanjing el último día de las vacaciones del Festival de Primavera. Llegué temprano por la mañana para guardar mi equipaje, pero para mi sorpresa había una habitación disponible y me registré de inmediato. Habíamos avisado de antemano que queríamos un piso alto y no queríamos ni la primera ni la última habitación, y el dueño de la tienda se dio cuenta de eso y quedamos muy satisfechos con la habitación que nos dieron. La higiene es buena, la taza está sellada y la toalla está empaquetada en una funda. Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas, pero el espacio es amplio. También nos enviaron frutas la primera noche y nos proporcionaron bolsas de baño. El personal de recepción es muy amable y receptivo. Pueden retrasar el check-out, lo que evita tener que andar con la maleta. Xiaoya también nos recordó que podíamos dejar nuestro equipaje en el mostrador de servicio en el primer piso después de realizar el check out para acceder fácilmente. El metro de enfrente está en obras, por lo que es un poco incómodo caminar, pero es más cómodo llamar un taxi. Espera hasta que el metro esté abierto y haga más calor, luego vuelve a jugar.
