Great hotel with fantastic ambience. Perfect for business discussions and family holiday. The staff was extremely helpful, and the crowd was the best sort too. Will definitely book again for business and family stays.

Beautiful place to stay in Nairobi. We only had one night here but we wished it was much longer. Great facilities. Lovely team. Beautiful room. Recommended.

Beautiful tranquil hotel with a lovely garden and wonderful service. The staff are exceptional. And my upgraded room was spacious, super comfortable and clean — loved it.
For long stays the menu can get limited, would encourage them to add more vegetarian/vegan items. And the WiFi while fast was spotty — often cutting out.

Beautiful place. Great rooms. Nice gardens. Wonderful staff and service.
The WiFi however was choppy and frequently went out, totally unacceptable for 2023. And the restaurant menu needs more vegan and vegetarians options.

Drivers were amazing, will take you wherever you want. Special thanks to Felix for taking good care of me while shopping. The indoor pool is beautiful and warm. Best of all is the resident tortoise. She was entertaining. Thanks for a great stay.

Palacina is a delightful luxury boutique hotel! Enter the security gate and you are in a peaceful garden with comfortable seating and dining on the porch. Our suite was enormous and luxurious with a comfortable bed and a balcony with additional seating overlooking the gardens. The food and staff are all wonderful and when I return to Nairobi I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Palacina.
