It was our good decision to choose this property. Just within 100 m you will get the shops, taxis and buses for kainchidham and nainital and railway station.

Disappointing stay at hotel vista nainital: a genuine review i recently had the opportunity to stay at hotel vista nainital from 19th to 20th april 2024, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Despite booking with certain expectations set by their listing, the reality of the hotel was starkly different. Let's start with the positives. The hotel does offer proper car parking facilities, which can be a boon in the congested areas around nainital and bhimtal. Additionally, its location, approximately 12km from both nainital and bhimtal, offers a bit of respite from the crowded tourist spots. However, the cons significantly outweigh the pros. Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was subpar, with signs of neglect evident in every corner. To add to the disappointment, the bath fittings in the washroom were malfunctioning, which made the already uncomfortable stay even more inconvenient. One of the most glaring issues was the lack of adequate hotel staff. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for managing everything, from check-in to housekeeping. This severely impacted the level of service guests could expect, as there was a noticeable absence of attentiveness and efficiency. Furthermore, the hotel's location in terms of the neighborhood resembled more of a market than a serene hill station. The ambiance was far from what one would anticipate for a relaxing getaway in the hills. To top it off, the price paid for the room did not align with the quality of accommodation provided. At the rate charged, one would expect to secure a booking at a reputable 3-star hotel offering far better amenities and services. In conclusion, my stay at hotel vista nainital was deeply disappointing. Despite a few redeeming factors such as parking convenience and proximity to popular tourist destinations, the overall experience was marred by unclean rooms, faulty amenities, inadequate staffing, and a mismatch between the price paid and the quality received. I would strongly advise potential guests to explore alternative accommodations to ensure a more enjoyable stay in the nainital region.

Located at prime location, near taxi stand. Easy to find & reach. Nice hotel, good service & food, friendly & co-operative staff. Suitable for couples & family.

The place itself is a small village but poorly maintained. About the hotel, it appears it a transit hotel, not good for a family holiday stay. The surrounding areas, maynot belong to hotel but very dirty. Even within hotel compound dogs will be roaming. Service is good, rooms are average, cafeteria is average, overall not recommended for family holidays.

The hotel was well maintained. The location was easily accessible. Services were prompt. The restaurant had good food.
