Stayed 2 nights. The room in fact has no a real window, so no sunlight comes in. Paid 50 yen for purchasing laundry detergent to wash the clothes, the detergent ruined the pans! Spoke the front desk lady right way, after investigating the situation, she said that they would reimburse me for the damaged paints, informed me the second day someone else in duty would speak to me. When I checked out second day, I was told no, they don’t want to do anything about it. The manager lady with short hair even didn’t apologize. I applied the detergent right in front of her to demonstrate how the color changed after a while, she and another lady who translates for her manager are watching the color changing, and still saying that I should go talk to the detergent manufacturer.
