Todos los que nos conocimos en la mesa delantera fueron muy agradables y acomodados, nos disfrutamos de decirles hola cada mañana. Tienen un bonito patio que nos permitió que nuestros perros correran, por supuesto, lo hicimos sólo si no había nadie y pedimos permiso antes de que los dejaramos entrar. Las tierras se mantuvieron muy bien y nos encontramos tan cerca de todo que un uber era sólo $7 pero todavía lo suficientemente lejos que no tienes lo que la cinta tiene, IE música alta, toneladas de tráfico, no seguro. Nos quedaríamos aquí en 100% si viajamos a Myrtle Beach.

El personal no es amigable. Nos quedamos 5 noches, tuvimos una de las cinco días de mantenimiento. Los otros días ni siquiera tomaron nuestras toallas sucias. Tuvo que ir al escritorio delantero todos los días para pedir toallas limpias. La caja Kleenex se dejó vacía cuando nos ingresamos. Las hojas de cama tienen agujeros en ellas. Las claves tenían que ser reprogramadas varias veces al día....TODOS LOS DIAS. El desayuno no es nada bueno. El café gusta como agua de muelle. Las puertas laterales que supuestamente necesitas una clave para entrar están desbloqueadas 24-7. No se necesita ninguna clave. Los niños de la hierba vienen a nadar en la piscina con los huéspedes. Nunca recomendaría y nunca volverá a permanecer. Incluso los huéspedes que habitualmente se quedan en suites de confort nos dijeron que nunca volverán a este.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is centrally located for lots of activities including golf, dinners at Market Common, exploring Murrells Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. It's less than an hour to Pawleys Inlet and Georgetown SC as well. And of course, Myrtle Beach itself is on your doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel amenities were explained to us in detail. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julian, our breakfast server. The lobby is beautiful - very bright and light, with plenty of seating throughout. The free coffee in the morning is a definite plus. We had a package that included a great hot breakfast to order, but we would have had no hesitation purchasing it separately as the prices were reasonable and the food plentiful. There is also a convenient market area with snacks, beverages, etc. including beer and wine. Our King bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Everything was in great working condition such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom. The mattress was particularly comfortable! On Day 3, we asked Housekeeping to refresh our towels, empty trash (although we subsequently noticed that there were large recycling and trash cans conveniently located by the ice machine) and they arrived quickly. The room was quiet, with good quality blackout shades, that provided a great environment for a good night's sleep. We would have no hesitation staying here again! Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn team for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here two nights April the 13th to the 15th ...was really looking forward to getting away for a midweek weekend..upon check-in was informed that because of our gold status with Marriott, that we couldn't use the club lounge because we were Only gold but found out later on that the club lounge wasn't even open... strike one.... First night went well had a decent night's sleep second night concierge called us at 9:00 in the morning after staying out late because it is Myrtle Beach after all..... Told them we weren't interested 9:15 they called back Again, told them again we were not interested ,we are trying to sleep, 9:30 got a four alarm banging on our door from housekeeping even though we had the privacy sign on our door, pretty much ruined our second night sleep.... addressed all these issues with Gavin the front desk manager he said he would give us a sizable discount because of our inconvenience and he was very apologetic..... We never received the Sizable discount.... Tried to call Gavin back numerous times he never returned our call... Even talked to a Miss Kaylee at the front desk and she said those early morning calls were standard practice with Marriott and we told her we have stayed at over 100 Marriotts and nobody's ever called us that early in the morning even at Walt Disney world..... was finally able to get into touch with general manager Miss Suzanne, after numerous phone calls, who told us there was nothing she Would do for our inconvenience.....Oh well..... outside of all this hotel is a good three to four blocks away from the beach definitely not oceanfront we had an far away, ocean view room which was nice , acceptable ,and comfortable .Gym was nice ,nice small indoor pool... they do charge $8 for parking regardless of your status with Marriott.... They have a nice lounge and very good late night restaurant..... Would really have loved to give this hotel a higher rating, but in the long run Very disappointed about nothing being done about our basic loss of a second night's sleep..... And also being told by the general manager that there was nothing she Would do for Us !
