It was smooth check in by kajal. She was very understanding and polite as one expect after a hectic travel. I would like to write about kajals guest profiling, without say she would understand am in distress and bene very kind and gentle to me. I had a very bad experience with my airline and couldn't board, hence had to find a place in bombay to catch my next flight. Her kindness made me feel calm and welcomed. I had been to many hotels in my life in several countries. She indeed is a gem for the check in team. Thanks.

Excellent hotel with good hospitality, staffs are very good. Cleanliness is at the highest standard. Food is very good. 100% satisfied

Initially. We were given a room where two mattresses are joined to make a bed. However we were easily given a room change and the room was fabulous

The stay was good. They charge extra even for extra water bottle. Requested for early check in but charged again and yes gave superior room. Else room, cleaning, size according to mumbai was good

We had a flight at 4:30am so decided to stay near airport to catch some sleep before we head off to airport. It was a quick stay. Loved the hotel. Check in was smooth. Rooms was clean and bed wad comfortable. Fresh and clean linen. Rooms have fan and aircon (that’s what I like). Would stay again if I have a chance. Plus point is Ganga restaurant is right in the hotel, cheap and good.

Towels are not cleaned, black kajal marks are there. Food is very costly than taste, floor is not cleaned.

Went on 31st night. Fantastic experience. The staff was courteous. Very helpful when we came back from a party. Brilliant rooms and even better service
