no room service after 11 pm no fresh water in the rooms when they clean your room and when you ask for something you are felt like they are doing you a favour not doing their job

This is a 3 star hotel although rated a 4 star. The complex is great, big hotel, multiple restaurants, nice big pool playing relaxing music throughout the day, entertainment team, private beach and plentiful beds on beaches and pool. There is also a spa which is very reasonably priced and has its own spa pool and packages as well as a mini golf out the front. First round of mini golf has teething issues due to it being a little unkempt but soon get used to it if you have another round and are given a putter and not a random wedge. The mini golf is included and is provided by reception. There is also a ping pong table which is included. You can also take advantage of some relaxing watersports out on a sailing boat or kayak which is also included. You can see the lovely coast and mountains, you can also see some dolphins if you're lucky. This is very good that it is included and very unique from other destinations visited. Reception staff are great, friendly and helpful whether for restaurant booking, taxi, currency change or towels. Towels are 20Dinar each for deposit so no need to pack for beach or pool and can be refreshed daily. It is very prominent in the hotel that tipping makes your stay more comfortable which is a little disappointing. Waiters will indulge those who tip and forget those that don't. This is mainly in the lobby bar and buffet restaurant. There are a few restaurants. For breakfast there is a buffet in the main restaurant, coffee is disgusting, it's not juice as you know it and all the food tastes the same. You can get fresh cooked eggs, omelette, Pancakes and croissants which made breakfast bearable. For lunch there is buffet again in the main restaurant but its tastless cold and all the same. We waited until 1430 where there is a snack bar. They call the snack bar the BBQ but there was no BBQ. But the food is served hot and to order which is far better than going to the buffet restaurant. In the snack bar the menu is the same every day and limited to pasta, pizza and sandwiches, salads, chips and ice cream. For evening you have a choice of 3 places to eat, the buffet stay clear again cold, samey and favoured if you tip, The Tunisian and International are much better restaurants and the waiters here are lovely. These restaurants do 4 big courses and changes daily. The waiters are lovely and could not do enough for you. The food is served fresh and hot unlike the buffet which is disgusting. The beach bar is great, the lobby favours people for drinks, the bar / pub is great and the moorish cafe does delicious traditional mint tea. The bar and the cafe view the football daily. Evening entertainment on every day but is limited to music and on a weekend a dancer or tunisian band which is good. But could do with having bingo or something a little more entertaining on an evening. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious, the pillows and beds are great and you can control your own air-conditioning. The room cleaners do a great

We had a late arrival but was greeted by a friendly chap on reception and the bar man came over to serve us drinks which i thought was a nice touch. We were 4th stop on the transfer, was told would be 20 mins, it was nearer to 50. Not a complaint but would get a taxi next time. Room was really spacious and spotlessly clean, another little gesture, 2 plates of food awaited us. My only ****** would be no milk but i had read the reviews and brought our own milk and coffee. I believe there is a supermarket 10 mins away. We have not left the resort! By choice, who wants to go shopping when i can lay round the pool all day😀 There are 3 restaurants, the buffet style, we ate breakfast and lunch here. Always something different at lunch. Breakfast was lovely fresh cooked omelets for us. Again the staff were so attentive and friendly, we did tip as they all work so hard to give you a good experience. The Al a carte restaurant was a special place to eat. You can see the menu outside the buffet restaurant and decide if it’s for you or not. Again 1st class service. Last but not least, my favourite was the bbq restaurant, outside over looking the sea. Lovely food and exceptional service. Pool area, clean with a lovely big pool. Lifeguard, again so helpful. On an evening all we wanted to do is chill because we had eaten so much! Heard the entertainment a few times. Sounded ok. If it’s relaxation you want and to be made to feel a bit special, this is the place for you. THANK YOU to all the staff for making our holiday wonderful, we will be back ❤️

We stayed at Aziza for the second time in May and had a quiet, relaxing break. Not much to do outside of the hotel although there is a fixed price souvenir shop and 2 supermarkets if you turn right out of the security gate. We had a great room with a lovely sea view which was clean and comfortable. Rubbish hairdryer in the bathroom. Food was good, especially the al a carte and Tunisian restaurant although my hubby spent the last day of our holiday in bed with a bad stomach. Beach and pool good, drinks ok and really friendly and efficient staff. Would probably visit again.

Quite a small hotel in comparison to others however it is well worth a visit. All Staff are really keen to help you with your needs. Pretty much spotless throughout. Rooms are really spacious and cleaned daily. Tv in room are small with 1 english film channel not the best of picture quality. Wifi is ok in lobby/pub area but in rooms and around pool its very hit/miss. Food is really quite nice, tasty well presented, cooked well and reasonably hot most of the time. I would say meals are too repetitive and lack imagination but you certainly wont starve. Cakes /deserts are a real let down almost exactly same all day everyday. Not much to do or see outside hotel but a £2.50(includes tip) taxi ride will take you into town or £5 to marina area. Bare in mind nearly all hotels in Tunisia dont have aircon on until mid june so can be very uncomfortable trying to sleep at night. The alternative is leave patio door open and get ate alive as we made that mistake never to be repeated. I would definitely recommend this hotel as this 4* was far better than the 5* steigenberger we stayed at 5 weeks ago 15 minutes further away

Omg yet another amazing stay at this truly remarkable hotel! If you are looking for somewhere to go where you can simply relax and unwind then this is the place! From walking through the main driveway to going for something to eat you will be amazed at how the staff treat you, everyone who works here is so welcoming, warm and friendly and simply can't do enough for you. The hotel's beach is simply stunning, white sand and turquoise blue waters all with a comfy sunbed to relax on. Rooms are spacious and the sea view rooms have amazing views, rooms are showing a little sign of needing an update but nothing major. There are three restaurants to choose from, if you are going all inclusive there are no restrictions on how often you can use these, the outside terrace restaurant, the international a la carte (also doubles into a traditional tunisian one as well) both serve a good selection of dishes, the main restaurant is where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, whilst quality of food is good it can be a little repetitive - saying that we always found something to eat, the desserts were particularly nice 😁 You will not be disappointed so many people who stay here return time and time again, this was our 2nd visit and already talking about booking our 3rd! All I can say is get it booked!!
