Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Seogwipo

This is my first visit to Jeju, and I definitely chose the perfect hotel. The hotel serves delicious food, and the heated indoor-outdoor connected swimming pool is amazing. The overall atmosphere of the hotel lets you relax completely. The beach and many great restaurants are just nearby. My family, including the kid, loved it so much. I would especially like to thank Ms. M.G. Kim at the front desk. She offered us warm help and thoughtful suggestions without any impatience. Your bright smile is as lovely as Jeju itself, and I hope to come back and stay here again someday.

I recently had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Lotte Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The highlight of our visit was definitely the heated pool and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect oasis for unwinding. Enjoying live music in the evening while relaxing in the warm pool and jacuzzi was an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It's conveniently situated next to two charming shopping and restaurant areas. We loved having options like Starbucks and Olive Young just a short walk away. For food, we indulged in the famous local pork BBQ at a nearby restaurant, which was a real treat. Additionally, there are two convenient stores within a 5-10 minute walking distance, making it easy to grab essentials. Overall, Lotte Hotel offered a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience

El hotel es muy agradable. La habitación era muy grande y tenía una gran vista. La mañana había un poco de ruido porque mi habitación estaba cerca de las escaleras, podía oír a la gente rodando sus bolsillos por la mañana. El hotel está muy bien, pero el personal fue muy amable y útil.

I really liked the property of the venue. I came to the area later in the day because it was raining on the island. Because I was in the midst of a circle around the island, I had already dealt with a rain storm at the folk Village and just needed to eat or clean up. I needed tea and a space to relax. There’s a plaza about five minutes walking from this property, and some of the amenities were closed at Playce when I arrived. I was also told at check-in that it was more like a hostel. The check-in process was fast.  The room space is very small, but the design of the hotel rooms is neat and functional. Unfortunately, there’s no luggage rack, and there are limited hours for the café, laundry, play, and bar restaurant. I had two suitcases, so I used my bed and a MacGyver way to set the carry-on.  I think this place is best suited for remote workers who are minimalists or trekkers/bikers. I still think the concept of Playce is unique. However, I wanted to go see the sunrise on the Ilchulbong hike and there’s no breakfast early in the morning. The coffee shop is not open until later either. The restaurant opens promptly at dinner time. The shop has very nice branded things, but I chose to purchase a couple of basic souvenirs. I felt a sense of hipster basically. Otherwise, the place is great. Price is best.  Although the staff was very friendly and had lots of information, I do not feel that describing the venue as a hostel was appropriate. If I cannot get my tea or coffee when the popular attraction nearby is a 40 minute walk away or a five minute taxi, then I should at least have the option that a hostel does. This means I had to utilize the coffee that I took from the previous hotel in order to make my morning start the best at sunrise.. It was suggested that I go to a restaurant locally across the street by Starbucks at the 4pm check-in since the restaurant was not open until 6 PM. Even if I had my own snacks, the option I had was to use the hot water machine downstairs. Thinking back to a hostel, I did not have the hostel kitchen. The laundry was available if needed though.  What I liked about this Playce despite the fact that it was a rainy day is the feature of the stage in the middle of the property and the fact that they do events locally on a regular basis. I liked the interior decorating and I did like the fact that they had a library/remote workers room. The food at the restaurant was delicious. When I did get to eat breakfast later in the morning after the hike (the hike spot had local shops), it was really good. When the café did eventually open, it was a very nice space. Food service literally saved my opinion late in the morning.  I like the concept of the whole property and feel that it can do better in accommodating the hotel guests, especially when it is a Chinese holiday revolving around an upcoming Korean holiday. Hours of operation are not in sync with travelers, and it is definitely not with hostel amenities. It’s a hotel.  I stayed at this location because of the price and vibe which was quite fine after 6pm. I really enjoyed the hike and the small village near the shore.

Una experiencia de alojamiento con una excelente relación calidad-precio. El hotel está ubicado en la costa este de la isla de Jeju (¡muy recomendable si planeas explorar a fondo esta zona!). En taxi desde el aeropuerto, se tarda aproximadamente una hora y pico, con un coste de unos 51.000 KRW (por la noche). También se puede tomar el autobús 111 hasta la estación de Seongsan Port, lo que lleva alrededor de una hora y media, y luego caminar unos 7 minutos (cuesta abajo) hasta el hotel. (Nosotros llegamos de noche y no estábamos seguros de si todavía habría autobuses, así que preferimos tomar un taxi directamente). La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero venía con un pequeño balcón directamente frente al mar, ofreciendo unas vistas espectaculares. (No habíamos reservado específicamente una habitación con vistas al pico o al mar, fuimos un poco a la aventura). En los alrededores hay numerosos restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia. Está bastante cerca del pico Seongsan Ilchulbong, del puerto de Seongsan (para tomar el barco a la isla de Udo o el submarino de Udo), del acuario Aqua Planet y de Seopjikoji. El check-out tardío cuesta 10.000 KRW por hora, la mitad de precio que en los hoteles del centro (¡un buen dato para quienes les cuesta madrugar!).

Reservé una habitación doble estándar. La habitación es pequeña y acogedora, por lo que es perfecta para quedarse solo. Había un lindo jabón de flores de camelia en el baño, así que pensé que era un hotel elegante. La presión del agua en la ducha era buena y, sobre todo, me gustó que la cama y la ropa de cama fueran suaves. Sin embargo, incluso con la temperatura de calefacción elevada, todavía hacía un poco de frío y el mayor inconveniente era que el estacionamiento era tan pequeño que era incómodo estacionar. Aún así, creo que me quedaré aquí la próxima vez que venga a Seogwipo.

La habitación es pequeña. La razón por la que reservé este hotel es que hay una lavadora en la habitación, pero tienes que pagar 300 wones para usarla. Cuando te registres, te dirán que tienes que pagar por todo. La habitación es pequeña y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no puede ajustar la temperatura por sí solo (control central). En pleno invierno, varios de nuestros amigos estaban sudando en una habitación con una temperatura de 27 grados... Abrí la ventana para ventilar y tuve que cerrar la mosquitera porque entraban y salían mosquitos, pero la mosquitera estaba rota y seguía apareciendo y no se podía arreglar... ¡así que todavía tengo dos mordiscos en la cara! La única ventaja es que el frigorífico es muy grande y el gel de ducha, el champú y el acondicionador proporcionados son bastante útiles.

Ofrece la mejor relación calidad-precio. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Me gusta especialmente la tranquilidad del entorno. Tenga en cuenta que hay restaurantes abiertos hasta medianoche, situados a unos 10 minutos en coche, al pie del monte Sanbang.

Este hotel ofrece la mejor relación calidad-precio en cualquier alojamiento de este tipo. Ofrece una variedad de actividades, ideal para un viaje de sanación física y mental. Las instalaciones son mejores de lo que imaginaba, y se pueden participar en actividades de pago. Además, cuenta con un spa desintoxicante. El presidente y el personal son muy entusiastas. ¡La próxima vez querré volver! La ubicación es un poco remota, ideal para viajes en coche. No hay restaurantes cerca, pero hay una cafetería. Si quieres ir a la isla de Niu y te gusta la naturaleza, puedes pasar la noche aquí, ya que está muy cerca, a solo diez minutos.

Kensington Resort Seogwipo offers very spacious rooms with a mix of Western beds and traditional Korean floor bedding, which is great for families or travelers who want both styles. The in‑room kitchen is convenient, especially with a 24‑hour convenience store located inside the hotel for quick snacks or simple cooking ingredients. Staff service was responsive — when small issues occurred, such as a loose screw in the toilet area and a problem with the main door lock, the team came quickly to fix them. However, some parts of the hotel feel dated and would benefit from refurbishment. The Korean floor blankets are thin and worn, making floor sleeping less comfortable, though the Western bed is fine. Towels are small and greyish, and extra towels come with an additional charge unless you exchange them before 9:30, which may surprise some guests. Breakfast and pool access are also on the expensive side, with the pool costing 19,000 won even for hotel guests. Overall, Kensington Jeju has friendly staff, large rooms, and useful amenities, but the property shows signs of age and has a few unexpected extra charges. It’s a practical stay for families and long‑term travelers, as long as expectations are set for older facilities.
