Stayed at the resort for a wedding. Wonderful venue!

Property location was a lil bit inside. It was a very beautiful and well maintained property. View was really nice. Restaurant was a bit let down. Taste is not good and many of the food items were not available in the menu.

Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The staff were courteous, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, I did notice that some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age. In particular, the coffee shop's furniture could use some attention. The sofas appeared worn and in need of a deep cleaning, and a few tables were a bit wobbly, which made dining slightly uncomfortable. While the bathrooms were clean, certain fixtures seemed dated, suggesting that the hotel might benefit from some refurbishments to maintain its high standards. Despite these minor issues, the hotel's service and amenities were commendable. With some updates to the furnishings and facilities, the JW Marriott Pune can continue to offer the luxurious experience it's known for.

Overall a good experience clean and hygienic rooms. Very good property with excellent swimming pool. If they can extend room service timings ***** with restaurant till 11. 30 - 12. Service could have been better. Food was ok.
