Good breakfast, nice staff, clean room and good environment

Местоположение на горке, переулочек тихий, администраторы отзывчивые и вежливые, номер по метрам комфортный. Неплохой матрас и много подушек. Можно оставить чемодан при выселении на ресепшене. Чайник и вода, 1 бутылка на человека в день. Грузинский чай. Гель для душа и шампунь, мыло. Открытая система хранения это плюс, но мне все же не хватало полок. Минималистичный дизайн в ванной тоже лишен полочек и стакана для зубных щеток - неудобно. Отсутствие двери в душе = мокрый пол перед унитазом. Да есть полотенце-коврик, оно тоже мокрое в итоге. Пододеяльник был с дырками, но все чистое. Завтрак на 3+, голодными не останетесь: омлет, что-то на горячее, овощи, салатики с майонезом, хлеб, намазки, колбаса, чай, выпечка, жуткий кофе и в машине и в фильтре, сказать, чтобы было прям хоть одно вкусным - нет, не могу. В последний день были перемороженные огурцы… я бы такое лучше даже не выставляла. Если вам нужен завтрак с собой - лучше купите в лавке на углу хачипури)) Кружки в номере были с чайным налетом, но он же легко отмывается… почему так…

Отель, в целом, понравился. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные, не одно и тоже изо дня в день. Кровати удобные, сантехника в идеале. Плюсов, естественно, больше, но есть и минусы: 1. Нет ни чая ни кофе в номере. Даже в бедненьких трешках всегда был и кофе растворимый и пара пакетиков чая. Здесь только вода 2. Постельное белье очень сильно и резко пахнет. Постепенно привыкаешь, но поначалу бъет в глаза. 3. Полотенца явно пахнут хлоркой. Хорошо, что дезинфекция и все такое, но приятного мало.

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

Me alojé recientemente en el River Side Hotel de Tiflis y fue una experiencia fantástica. Su ubicación es ideal, a orillas del río, con vistas impresionantes y fácil acceso a las principales atracciones. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada, con comodidades modernas y mobiliario confortable. La cama era especialmente cómoda, lo que me garantizó un descanso reparador. Agradecí la atención al detalle, desde la limpieza hasta la cuidada decoración. El personal fue amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con recomendaciones o cualquier petición. El hotel también ofrecía un delicioso desayuno con una gran variedad de opciones, una excelente manera de empezar el día. En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente el River Side Hotel a cualquiera que visite Tiflis. Combina comodidad, un servicio excelente y una ubicación privilegiada, lo que lo convierte en una opción perfecta para los viajeros.

Nos permitieron entrar temprano, todo era muy bueno, los trabajadores les gustaba mucho la ayuda, estaban un poco alejados de la ciudad, pero tenían opciones de autobús y taxi.
