It's so easy to write a review for "Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel", because there isn't any risk of arousing unpleasant memories while recalling the memorable experience of staying in this hotel. It was literally a joy to watch the joy of my two-year-old while using the hotel facilities. Spending a birthday week at this hotel and it proved to be a winning combination, because my daughter was happy at the beach, the pool, the restaurant, the bar. Anyways, the place where she was happy the most is the kid's area, where she was surrounded by the care and the attention of the fantastic crew. Shout out to Iryina, Dia, Anna, Ksenia, Anastasia and Alex for their amazing efforts in organizing great, interactive activities with children (like cooking lessons, choreographed disco or face painting among others). Overall, the hotel is high-class, and the feeling of being respected as a guest (even pampered a bit) was predominant throughout the entire stay. Major PROs: The horticultural arrangements throughout the interior and the exterior of the hotel (creating a serene, calm and relaxing a**osphere), the filigree designed pastries (creating an impression of Michelin type pastry shop), the crystal clear water. Minor CON: The shower which is modernistic but not very practical because the water doesn't stay contained within the shower cabin. We will definitely be coming back!

Where do I start! We booked the Pomegranate hotel as a last minute treat to end our holiday. We were celebrating a special birthday so I emailed the hotel to see if there was anything they could do to make it extra special! They did not disappoint! Even with short notice they were able to create a beautiful cake ready in the room for when we arrived! It was delicious! The staff were polite and friendly and helpful throughout our stay. You immediately feel special from the minute you arrive to the moment you checkout. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated! The hotel has done a fabulous job at creating a luxury but homely place to stay. We visited the spa on one of our days and it was amazing! You feel an immediate sense of peace and calm as soon as you walk into the reception area. The areas of relaxation were all beautiful and very well thought out and gave you the perfect spaces to give yourself time to switch off. We finished our holiday with a stunning meal at the Myrtales restaurant! We also had the pleasure of being serenaded by two wonderful singers. We are already looking at dates to return to this beautiful place! I’m sure there is still so much for us to explore! Thank you again for creating a wonderful place to help us end our holiday.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. My bathroom was clogged, and my children were constantly prohibited from using the pool. When it was raining, I sat with my kids to play PlayStation in the children's corner because there was nothing else to do. Immediately, a staff member came and didn't allow my child to play, quess how I felt because I have had already promised him. The children's center isn't bad, but the animators don't engage the kids, and parents end up having to stay with them instead of having free time for themselves. I went with six other families, and everyone complained that their kids had nothing to do there.

It was the best experience hotel we ever had. Everything was perfect - the reception, the rooms, the food, the beach, the swimming pools, and especially the crew - all of them were very kind with a smile and willing to help. One of the best facility was the Wellness SPA , a perfect place to relax on a very high class. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation

Stayed some 5 days here with my girlfriend. It was one of the best hotels I visited so far. Very nice and clean. Good food, many choices of restaurants and bars, nice spacious rooms, nice private beach, very nice pools, good services, polite staff, everything was perfect.

Great Holidays in Greece 🇬🇷 in Halkidiki Pomegranate Wellness Spa hotel is Amazing. The room with the sea view is comfortable The swimming pools and the Beach 🏖️ are very good. The Kids Club is top. My children played there everyday in the morning and in the evening. Thank you to Sofia Irynq and Elli for their kindness and patience with our children. The service and the hospitality are top level from the front desk reception to all the people working inside the hotel.

I and my family visited this luxurious hotel for summer vacations and it really exceeded our expectations.we stayed in the family suite.Wonderful and spacious ,equipped with all the things you expect from a luxury hotel.Hermes and chopard amenities,beautiful views and very clean.The beds were extremely comfortable and the air condition super quiet and effective!!!The breakfast super rich with high quality food!!!The beach sandy and the sea clean and ideal for families!!!The beach service perfect and generally all the stuff is helpful and accommodating!!!I definitely come back next year!!!Thank you for our wonderful vacation!!!

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. The only people(hotel employees) who were helpful were the cleaning ladies. The restaurant there(Myrtales) is totally out of order! Every night there was a smell of dirty sewage and for 3 days no one even tried to give me some assistance for that unpleasant situation . There is a “non reservation of the sunbed”rule .Despite that actually most of them is reserved . Even the staff was reserving sunbeds for some of the guests. You go the beach or the pool and the staff there tells you”Sorry! It’s reserved!” :D . Out all approx 20 people of staff we have encountered with only 2 of them were kind of helpful and positive. Most of them were rude and unpleasant. I would give that resort rate 3/10. I’m definitely NOT coming back. PS .The breakfast was fine! Good SPA procedures!

We stayed in Pomegranate hotel for the first time during July 2023 with one kid 5 years old. Hotel has a big property, nice beach and two swimming pools. Reception staff is ok, their manager is really nice. Food in hotel is ok but for the hotel that size it should be more food choices and they should be more flexible with food preparation for the kids during dinner without prior notice. Room was nice but some furniture needs to be replaced because it is slightly damaged. If you don't like to walk a lot you need club car to take you to the beach and club card drivers are really nice. Fountain show in the night is great. The biggest highlight for me was kids club property and program and girls that work there and take care of the kids with special mention of Julija, kids club manager. She is really exceptional, she organized waffles baking class for my child which was great experience and you can feel calm to live your kid in the club. Overall my experience with this hotel is good, I would recommend it and also I would gladly return to stay again in the same hotel.
