Отель очень и очень хороший! Номера просторные, с шикарными видами, все ухоженные, всё целое, чистота идеальная, полотенца, халаты и постельное белье высочайшего качества и чистейшие. Отдельная тема: завтраки. Имея в своем арсенале примерно сотню других отелей, завтрак в Рэдисон скорее всего самый лучший. Нет ни одного невкусного блюда. Игристое, смузи, детокс-вода, безглютеновая еда, фрукты, десерты, кофе и чай всех интерпретаций, салаты, рыба, горячее, блины, яйца всех видов, и вишенка на торте: икра лососевых и щуки. Отдельно хочу отметить весь персонал: очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, добрые. Ощущается прекрасная атмосфера коллектива и она передается гостям. В этом отеле повторно и обязательно вернемся вновь!!!

Estabamos en este hotel durante 11 días, eran 11 damas. Disfrutamos de nuestra estadía. Este hotel es genial para viajes de grupo. Reservé un estudio ejecutivo (42 Square Meter) con desayuno. Es un enorme Hotel, con 20 plantas y más de 700 habitaciones; aparcamiento gratuito, gimnasio, sauna, asistencia para los turistas, rampas de acceso en sillas de ruedas, el personal habla entre otros idiomas, español. Su ubicación es muy interesante, ya que se puede llegar en algunos minutos y tomando taxi, a la Catedral de Cristo Salvador, la Plaza Roja, la Catedral de San Basilio.Además, está frente al río Moscú. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas (las que conocimos), con aire acondicionado, cafetera, albornoces, zapatillas, plancha y reciben limpieza todos los días.El baño es amplio y tiene todos los productos de higiene.El desayuno bufé fue variado y abundante y se pueden aprovechar para un descanso, alguna de las dos cafeterías. Es uno de los grandes hoteles en los que me he alojado en mis recorridas por el mundo y tiene buena relación precio-calidad.

Гостиница неплохая, хотя со стороны улицы выглядит достаточно сомнительно. Про ресепшен сказать не чего. Сотрудники там просто высиживают время, ни здравствуйте ни до свидания. Что касаемо номеров - стиль «совок». Им явно необходимо сменить ковролин во всех номерах, запах старости нереальный. Но зато на удивление чисто. Девочки Калининг (славянской внешности) - молодцы. В ванной есть полотенца, мыло, гель и шампунь. Тапочек и халатов не было. Прибираются каждый день: через день меняют полотенца. Завтраки стандартные, ничего особенного, главное есть кофе и тебе в всегда говорят доброе утро.

I visited Moscow for the first time and chose this hotel based on my travel agent's suggestion considering the budget I gave them. I stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is really good. You will have access to both Old Arbat Street and New Arbat Street. Old Arbat is a walking street full of restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops whre you can certainly get Matrushkas for friends and families! New Arbat is also full of shops and restaurants. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Arbat Metro Station (Subway) which is great because you can use Metroi in Moscow to go almost everywhere. I told the receptionist that I want a quiet room and I don't care for the view so she gave me a room overlooking an alley toward Old Arbat Street which also gave a nice view of the city especially at night. The room was really clean and the lighting was cosy. The heating system was good. I did not have my breakfast at the hotel and did not use the hotel gym. I cannot really make any complaint about this hotel.

En una palabra - sólo super! Le gustaba literalmente todo: desde el personal hasta la limpieza en las habitaciones. La habitación es una excelente vista a una de las torres de la ciudad. Hacer un desayuno - no se perdió! En el desayuno la mesa sueca, incluso los panqueques están cocidos y hay un rincón asiático. También me gustaría celebrar el spa (hma, sauna y sillas de masaje). Estaba solo en la sauna - sólo encantado) Hotel definitivamente recomendado!

В первую очередь похвалю прекрасное расположение: от метро ”Спортивная” практически в сотне шагов, только за угол завернуть, а улочка тихая и спокойная. В пешей доступности Новодевичий монастырь (поэтому я и выбрала этот отель) и Лужники (а вот в соседнем с отелем зданием - хоспис, не самое веселое учреждение...), рядом очень много кафе, пекарен, пиццерий и прочего, есть где и перекусить, и плотно пообедать. А вот в самом отеле отношения с питанием какие-то нездоровые: при достаточной цене за номер без завтрака за этот самый завтрак просят еще по 1200 (тысяче двести) рублей с человека, хотя рядом полно мест, где за тысячу вдвоем можно отлично позавтракать (и мы так и сделали). В номере есть мини-бар, но цены тоже аховые. Приятным сюрпризом оказалось ”почти мохито” (вода с лимоном и мятой) в лимонаднике у стойки администратора, я очень люблю это сочетание, с удовольствием попила, пока оформляли заселение, и потом еще подходила, чтобы попить. Номер очень хорош, удобная постель, много разных подушек (кажется, на сайте отеля это называется ”меню подушек”). Еще в номере махровые халаты, тапочки, сейф, гладильная доска и утюг - это очень удобно. Две бутылочки с питьевой водой, чай, сахар, чайник, чайные пары и бокалы для воды. Есть холодильник, но он битком забит мини-баром, чтобы поставить что-то свое, места нет. В санузле зубные щетки, паста, шампунь и гель для душа два в одном и бальзам для волос - не одноразовые, а во флаконах, душевая кабина с тропическим душем и обычной ”лейкой”. Словом, если не считать кусачих цен за еду (что нам не помешало, мы отлично поели вне отеля), все очень понравилось.

Hombre horrible. Una mujer salió a la receta, yo saludé, ella respondió, ”documentos,” sin saludar, en el hamster. El fondo de la habitación se rasgó para el horror. La matriz en la cama falla en el medio, es imposible dormir, en algunos lugares se esparce en las costillas. La cama en cualquier hotel es la cosa principal, el huésped debe dormir y descansar. La cama está roto, vieja. El limpieza de la habitación no es sucia, las ventanas son tan sucias como si la película se estuviera atacado a ellos. El baño está decorado con barato, Fracturado en algunos lugares por decir. No hay sofoca, tobillo y pasta también. Sepa líquida está desaparecida, aunque la difusión pesa vacía, el té también está desaparecido. El agua no se coloca en la habitación. Estoy seguro de evitar esta institución por cualquier medio.
