Un hotel digno de volver, excelentes instalaciones, muy modernas, todo impecable. El personal super amables. Además de estar muy bien ubicado, cerca del mar y de todas las atracciones de Persara. Volvería

Nos detuvimos porque de paso, al llegar la acogida fue muy agradable, recibimos gran disponibilidad, cortesía, cortesía. La habitación muy grande, en realidad, eran 2 habitaciones con un ángulo de cocina, baño amplio y agradable balcón desde el cual se veía un acorto de mar. Buena limpieza, camas en suma aceptables, excepto los cojines demasiado subtiles. El desayuno varia, aunque llegamos tarde bastante, también tuvimos la oportunidad de mantenernos con gran disponibilidad del personal. La única pena que la insonorización de las habitaciones ausentes, tuvimos ”cerca de la habitación” bastante ruidoso hasta las 3 de la noche, parecía estar en la habitación con nosotros por lo que se sentían! Por el resto, estoy seguro que volvería.

Recepción amigable, buenas camas, buena ducha. Desayuno extenso. La calle luminosa en la habitación podría ser mejor; sólo luces de cama. Estacionamiento es un pequeño desafío. Buena para unas pocas noches. Transporte público cerca. Tenemos una habitación doble para un negocio. Buen servicio desde el hotel.

We would like to say big thanks for the whole team! Our booking has a long story since Covid time, finally we got it from 20th to 27th June. The reception team is really friendly, the restaurant people are super helpful and fast. The breakfast is quick, lots of pastries, cakes, pies, muffins, croissants, jams like everywhere in Italy . I would suggest to add some vegetables, greens for healthy breakfast lovers. Marko at the beach is a great man, super friendly and caring))). Sea is perfect for small kids, sunbeds are new and top quality. The area is quiet and full of local people. Along the beach you will find numerous cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, pizzerias. Location is just perfect!

Definitely NOT a Palace. Definitely not 3 and a half stars Let’s stay by saying this hotel Ambra Palace is definitely not a palace. I should have listened to the other reviewers. It’s a dump completely with rude staff at reception. Whilst Agoda (don’t get me started on them) and the hotel website boast about having airconditioning this is not the case. Well the rude gentleman first said there is no aircon but when he is shown it in writing on the website and on Agoda the story changes to ‘seasonally available’. Well not at certain times of the year anyway. 29 degrees during our stay but aircon already turned off for the year. The rude gentleman who lost the ability to speak English advised through his female colleagues that their website can’t be changed to define when aircon isn’t available. Nor apparently can it be changed on Agoda according to him. So bottom line no aircon year round, yet they advise there is. Unacceptable. Now the shower? Shall we talk about the fact the shower head won’t stay in place making it a hand held shower. Unacceptable. So back down to my friend on the counter and in fairness he does arrange a room change. But changing rooms is never fun. Shower should have been in working order. New room has twin beds. We need a double but who could be bothered complaining again. Small rooms with very dated furniture and dated bathrooms. Very thin walls and we heard fellow guests in next room all night. The solution on the second night was to leave the window open and listen to all the street noise. Breakfast was okay. Location was okay. Don’t go to this hotel. Listen to the reviews We will never be back to this ‘Palace’

Fui a este hotel en enero con mi novio en el decenio de nuestro aniversario; partimos con todas las buenas intenciones, leyendo y viendo algunas críticas y algunas fotos de las diferentes habitaciones disponibles en el edificio. Desde un hotel de 4 estrellas, espero orden, limpieza y una estructura bien mantenida; bueno, la limpieza estaba allí, no puedo quejarme, pero en el nivel estructural nuestra habitación era algo embarazoso (anexo foto). Papel de pared y piezas de pared completamente desmontado.. un armario cuyo pomelo de la antigua se desmontaba tan pronto como lo intentaba abrir, moquetas de los años 80 y incluso maquillada.. realmente embarazoso. Una habitación pagada 90€ (por una noche) en esta situación hace bastante enojado, considerando que el dinero no cae del cielo y para hacer algunas experiencias trabaja duro! El desayuno bueno (pero no excelente) es poco elección en comparación con otras instalaciones en el territorio. Lo siento, pero sin duda no volveremos, preferiría optar por otras soluciones en las próximas ocasiones.
