I’m just finishing a stay at this hotel with Riviera Travel. I can honestly say it’s been a lovely experience. The location is good. About a 10min walk into the pretty old town, with lots of bars and restaurants, or 15mins to the beach. The room was large enough for our needs, with a small balcony containing a table and a couple of chairs. The beds were comfy with great memory foam pillows and the air con was very quiet and efficient. All the staff have been very friendly and smiley, nothing seems to be too much trouble!. Food wise there was a large, varied antipasti buffet every night, then primi and secondi courses were ordered from the menu. The main reason I am posting this review though, is because of the help and care that was taken in ensuring my cream and gluten-free needs were met. The restaurant manager, Gianni, was extremely helpful and made sure I was fully aware of what I could and couldn’t eat. There were gf croissants, bread, cakes, desserts, pasta etc lactose free, almond, oat and soya milk. They even prepared a separate plate of food for me at the Riviera leaving drinks. It all made for a very pleasant, stress free stay.

Excelente hotel, perfectamente adecuado para el tipo de vacaciones que hemos hecho este año con nuestra pequeña Greta de 3 meses. Habitaciones espaciosas y con un cómodo balcón. Personal del hotel muy amable y educado, tanto en la recepción como el personal de la sala. Michelangelo, Stefano y todos los demás han sido siempre amables y muy profesionales. También es bueno el desayuno. Un par de notas para la dirección: los espacios ”deportes” se dejan un poco ir. El camino ”vida” publicado en el sitio ya no existe. El anillo en el que correr es invadido por la vegetación y las herramientas que se ven en las fotos no hay. También los campos de fútbol y tenis se dejan ir y no se mantienen (en el campo de fútbol las filas son ”excavadas” y también hay riesgo de que se lastime). Es una pena y podrían arreglarse, pero si no se puede hacerlo, al menos debería corregir el sitio porque es engañoso y no verdadero. La estructura tiene cientos de ellos, pero los huéspedes estacionan fuera de las cuerdas y sobre todo en los pies de marche (donde con el paseo en algunos puntos no pasa), pero no hay cartel o acción para evitar que ocurra. Es cierto que la mala educación es de quien estaciona de esa manera, pero creo que la dirección debería hacer algo más para evitar que suceda y que las personas educadas también deben sufrir los efectos de la mala educación de los demás en las vacaciones. En general, la estructura es excelente para unas vacaciones en la garganta, incluso de varios días (18) como hemos hecho nosotros. La piscina es super y también muy organizada. También hay un pequeño gimnasio y un SPA (por supuesto que debe pagar por separado), que no hemos probado. Ps: un saludo a Azul por Brioche ;)
