Reached the spa, was shown into a room. Started undressing when the masseuse asked me to go to.another room.as there was a client who only prefers service in that particular room. The massage was the only GOOD THING about the place. Felt relaxed. But after the session was shown into a bathroom where the water was muddy nd there was no heater. Opted to leave without showering. At the barricade there was a lady Askari who refused to raise the barricade, when I hooted continuously the male Askari by the name Peter opened the gate. I spoke to the lady who ignored me so I went back inside to the reception to complain. The receptionist was sorry about the mess, called the personnel manning the gate nd assured me that he will take the matter uo with their bosses. I would like to be told of the outcome. The spa used to be a great place previously but now sorry to say it is run down.
