El tiempo de respuesta del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto fue demasiado bajo e ineficiente. El conductor del autobús pidió abiertamente propinas y se fue sin ayudar con el equipaje. El negocio debe estar girando negativamente en Toronto...

La única crítica negativa es el restaurante del hotel. Gastamos un total de $84,00 para 2 adultos y 1 niño. Pedimos ensalada César y calamares para mi hija y para mí y Fettucine para mi nieta de 8 años. Devolvimos los calamares debido a que estaban demasiado cocidos y masticables. Recibí un nuevo pedido pero aún masticable y no muy bueno. La ensalada César era un plato de lechuga romana con salsa... sin picatostes, sin trocitos de tocino, nada más que lechuga y un pequeño trozo de tostada con ajo. El Fettucine estaba demasiado cocido y pegajoso y un poco demasiado cocido con un pedacito de pan de ajo. Muy decepcionado con la calidad de la comida que se sirve por ese precio. En consecuencia, no comí esa noche. Quiero decir que el caballero que nos atendió fue muy amable e hizo todo lo posible. Cuando recibimos el resto de la comida, no nos molestamos en quejarnos, simplemente pagamos y nos fuimos.

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

The scheduled shuttle bus did not show up, nobody knows, no notice, no message ahead, if you cancel the service, when you have flight to catch up, you know how frustrating.

Nice place, friendly housekeeping staff! Rooms could be warmer but other than that, no issues

I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

Front desk service was not good ,but all other service was good

This was the cheapest hotel I stayed in Canada, but was also the nicest room I had during my trip. It's not convenient if you want to be in the center, but perfect if you want to be near the airport. Shuttle buses run all night so it's also good if you have a flight landing in the middle of the night.
