Algo descuidado el departamento, mejorar el mantenimiento. El internet no funcionaba. Valet parking es caro porque hay que pagar cada vez que retiras el carro no es por le dia

El hotel está ubicado en un buen sector para caminar, hacer compras, salir a comer.
Pueden mejorar:
1. Que el encargado envíe información de entrada un día antes. Llegamos y no sabiamos quien nos entregaba llaves, donde dejar el carro. Hicimos check in anticipado, enviando fotos de pasaporte por gusto. Cuando el encargado aparece nos solicitó todo nuevamente.
2. Los estacionamientos no están dentro de la propiedad. Hay que cruzar la doble calle y cuesta $30 x día. O dejarlo en Valet Parking por $44 al día.
De la misma propiedad en sí, esta bien equipada y bonita. No me volviera a quedar porque la ducha del baño es muy incómoda y peligrosa para entrar y salir a la regadera Adjunto fotos.

It's in the heart, restaurants and entertainment within steps. The view from the balcony was pleasant.
Parking is across the road, not convenient. Host was impatient with the check in- multiple properties on site made it confusing at first.
The place was clean and a bit outdated. Carpet was stained, shades didn't function, furniture uncomfortable, old/small tv's. The bed was very comfortable. It was functional and affordable, no frills. Great if you're on a budget, look elsewhere if you're in vacation mode.

I loved the view and the big mirror, however the tv box was messed up the jet tub didn’t work, and they didn’t tell us. Our host didn’t walk us up or tell us anything we needed to know.

Property location and view from unit was excellent. But property itself had issues. By coincidence I had stayed in the same property a year ago. I had no idea about the unit number because they do not assign at the time of booking I noticed the issues I had pointed out year ago were still the same after one year that means nothing was taken care of the shower in second bathroom was not working had a very little flow. The sink in both bathrooms were not draining properly, and nothing had been taken care, we faced the same issues. I called for maintenance. The guy came but he said he could not fix it. It needs replacement. I called 45 times to get new towels and I was told somebody will bring but we stayed for four nights and no one came till we checked out. I don’t think that should be acceptable especially when the issue has been going on for one year.

Too many rules for people staying in the property.
think about simplifying them as I was confused and under tension when leaving.
I was there for a business trip and I did not have a chance to read everything.
I was not there for fun as life is busy at work.
