Lovely hotel. Just 25 minutes from airport (private transfer). We arrived around 11am. Were given a hot flannel and tea at check-in.Didn't expect the room to be ready so were prepared and got changed, fetched pool towels then had lunch. Room ready about 3pm. Room was ample, clean, plenty of storage. Comfy bed. Sea/garden view. Only negative was lack of electric sockets. Plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on the beach. Towels a bit short for the sunbeds though! Selection of food in the buffet restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. We ate lunch at the pool bar. Nice choice, freshly cooked. Drinks were local but absolutely fine, especially the cocktails! Bottled Water readily available everywhere. Didn't do any daytime activities but the evening entertainment was good. Live music/bands, quiz, karaoke. Rio and Team very good at getting everyone involved. Special mention to the Restaurant staff - Habib, Lamjad, Mohaned, Nassim, the Chefs and the egg man at breakfast!. At the Bar - Zied, Nabil & the others we didn't get names. Neptune pool bar - Moudin & Team. Beach - Abesse at the bar and the man tending the sunbeds. Our Room maid was good too. Food in the buffet restaurant was very good. Plenty of choice, lots of variety and theme nights. Attentive staff. Lots of cooking stations for freshly prepared fish, meat, pastas etc. This hotel is rated as 5* but I would say 4*. There weren't any bikes for hire as advertised by both Tui and Easyjet. Mixed nationalities, many French which we've experienced before in Tunisia. Very friendly atmosphere at the hotel. Should also add we felt very safe at this hotel, security taken seriously. The weather was ok, couple of windy days then a mixture of cloudy and sunny days, mid 20°s for early May. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and the Staff were fabulous.
