Everything was wonderful. Efficient, friendly service, lovely, spacious room, well equipped gym, excellent facilities, plentiful, delicious breakfast & dinner. And the most beautiful beach I have ever seen, with crystal clear water, gentle waves, soft white/gold sand. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back next week already!

馬特魯港度假首選酒店，有最長且乾淨的私家長白沙灘。周邊正在修建的都是Jaz集團下的酒店搭理得很乾凈。酒店服務也很好，床品舒適。是來埃及酒店體感最舒服，柔軟如絲綢一般。離城有些遠，打車要200埃及磅到300埃及磅，完全是世外桃源般的感覺。度假推薦。也可以包車去馬特魯主要海灘景點。目前酒店門口沒有出租車，建議馬特魯市區到達以後聯繫好相關行程再讓司機送到酒店。

このホテルに行くには交通手段が限られます。 アレクサンドリアからUBERで約３時間半、現地通貨で1400、ホテルからマルサマトルーフまではUBERが使えず、仕方がなくタクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、45分ほど、料金は600かかりました。またフロントでの配車時に意思疎通が上手くいかず、非常に不快な思いをしました。近くにタクシーがいないようなので、呼ぶのにかなり時間もかかりますので1時間以上前に配車の依頼をすることをおすすめます。周辺には何もなく、ホテル敷地内でプールと海を楽しみたいのであれば別ですが、ホテルからマルサマトルーフへの観光を考えているのであれば、往復のタクシー代や移動時間を考慮すると、マルサマトルーフのホテルに滞在する方が良いと思います。時期的なものもあるかもしれませんが、ビーチは波が強く、泳いだり、子供が遊ぶには不向きであると感じました。部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティなどはベーシックなもののみです。水以外の部屋のドリンクなども別途料金が掛かります。オールインクルーシブではありません。夕食は宿泊代金に含まれていましたが、飲み物は水のみでほかのソフトドリンクやコーヒーにも追加料金が掛かります。

房間很好，設施也齊全，酒店環境不錯，早餐也挺好的，品種豐富，服務員也比較熱情，交通適合自駕旅行，要有車才方便

距離市區太遠了，如果自己沒有車，建議不要來，否則你就衹能是待宰的羔羊

The staff is very kind and very proffesional espicially omar and eslam mohamed in lobby bar they make a very nice coffe and alot of cocktail like mohito and pina colada the room is clean and the sea is very nice and the food is very tasty it's a very nice place

Not very happy here, we are still in hotel but they make lot of reconstrucion here and ist lot of noise. I will put here a video. We cant sleep...I feel like in construction. I dont understand why they dont did it in winter. Beach is very nice, like Caribic

This place is very nice, clean and staf is helpfull and they make super coctails 🍹. I hope we will back in future becauce we field here god an we rested. Our children have nice remembers from this beach - clean water and small waves, nice sand. The hotel and pools was wonderfull too. Nice staf around whole hotel. I recomend this trip
