Excellent location and customer services. Was given a welcome drink upon check in

The location is very convenient to access Asok bts and Sukhumvit metro station, also very near to terminal 21! 3 mins walk to 711. My room is with a balcony. I can view the city view from my room, but you will hear some sounds at night from the road if you didn't close the door of balcony properly. It is also near to the main road, easy to take the grab and grabbike if you want to go anywhere by these transportation, But the hair dryer will be stopped automatically every 5 mins, it will be inconvenient for the person with long hair. BTW I'm happy with the staying

Very convenient and central location especially if planning to take the train, as the entrance of the hotel is located directly beside the Asok train station exit. Facilities are what you would expect for a three star hotel of this pricing, no complains at all as a solo traveller looking for more budget friendly option. Basic amenities were all present, room was clean. Staff were also accommodating and helpful, and spoke really great English,;check in was smooth and fuss-free. Because it is so convenient and near the train tracks, definitely not the quietest location at night, maybe not the best choice if you're a very light sleeper!

We booked 2 rooms with 2 children and we could only get late check out for 1 room! There were red ants in the room, on the bed and the room was very smelly. The cleaning service was awful, they mopped the floor very wet that it couldn’t even dry itself after a long time. A very bad experience to go and spend time with my family. We are never going there again!

Hotel is located just beside the BTS.. definitely very convenient for travelers.. easy to get street food nearby as well… room is pretty small but reasonable for the price…

Great location, right beside MRT Sukhumvit station and minutes away from BTS Asoke station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The breakfast in their Indulge restaurant was pretty decent but the tea was too diluted for my liking. Some of the rooms come without window and could gets rather humid, but the front desk are nice and they will help change the room to one with window if available when you asked them to help. Amenities and facilities are basic, some furnishings the room shown sign of wear and tear, but one could live with it since most of the time people will be exploring the outdoor sights.

The location is awesome, it's essentially next to Terminal 21 and Asok station, which makes it very convenient. The room was spacious and clean. It was a great deal!! However, I do have 1 complaint regarding one of the employees. I came back to the hotel around 11pm, and when I passed by the front desk I asked the receptionist for the wifi password. She snapped at me and said "I already gave you the password when you check in". I was a bit shocked at how rude she was and said I misplaced the little piece of paper with the password on it. She gave me a stare-down and very reluctantly gave me another piece of paper with the password on it. This made me mad and I told her in her face that she was very rude and that she should have basic decent manners if she was to work at the front desk. We got into an argument and I demanded to speak with the manager. She claimed that she was the only one here and was the person in-charge. I went and spoke to the bellhop and managed to get the manager's contact. I messaged the manager and he replied the next day and apologized for her behavior and attitude. The lady's name is Cream and I would advise anyone whom she was rude to to make a complaint to manager Shiv. This conduct should not be tolerated and be exposed. All other staff were extremely and friendly and very helpful!! I still gave a high score for service because I feel that one bad apple shouldn't ruin it for the whole bunch. I hope this Cream person got reprimanded and learnt proper customer service.

Service was excellent! When we reached the hotel, the staffs came out to greet us and help us to carry our luggage to the lobby (located at level 2). After check in, they help us to bring our luggage to our rooms as well. Room was very clean and comfortable! The only downside is that the soundproof was bad. As we are located near the lift, we could hear noises as long as anyone walks by or talking loudly outside. Staffs were very friendly and helpful! They are always ready to assist whenever we need help. Their response was fast, only took them ＜5mins, when we request for fresh towels and additional drinking water. The location is very accessible as well, located just beside one of the exits of the link bridge to Asok BTS, very convenient for us to get to Terminal21 mall and travel to other places.

+ Room size is ok. Lucky to get a bigger room to place my bulky luggage + Location is good. Near to BTS and Metro Line, Near to Terminal 21 - Aircon is quite cold, but is central control. When reduced, the condensation on the floor is quite bad. - The sound proof is quite bad. Totally can hear even for mild noises

Convenience location which I'm able to access to the trains to move around the areas without catching in the traffic jam. Staff were helpful to provide information required.

Small hotel next to one of the busiest intersections in Bangkok. Across from great shopping. I purchased the breakfast as part of my reservation but only used it once due to very limited choices not to my liking.

Amazing stay! Clean rooms, great service, and a perfect location. Highly recommended
