I like the space in the room which we need it for my family size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very spacious. But the service of the staff need to be improve. I did called the guest service line to request for a late check out at 12pm and the call was operated by AI and my request was accepted. However at about 11+am, a staff came knocking on our door to ask if we are checking out and told me that “we need the room now” in quite an unfriendly tone. She also gave a one of a kind look when I opened my door despite me busy with my baby. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel and was informed that they run out of stock for room slippers and said throughout my 4 days of stay there will be no stock. Obviously there was no effort to resolve this since it seems that there is no stock for quite awhile. They just put it across as a matter of fact. The hotel breakfast everyday is the exact same thing, no change to the menu throughout my stay.

We recently were on the lookout for a quick weekend getaway. Found this hotel on *********** and had good reviews. We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing and had all the amenities we wanted. It was tidy and comfortable. Staff were helpful too so was the restaurant which operates independently but also caters to the hotel guests. Location is another plus as the Eastland Shopping Center was minutes away. Will definitely recommended this place

The location is great. Close to a wide variety of wineries. It’s a closed/gated community. The rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I do think the cleaning could be better, as the bathroom didn’t appear very clean- particularly the shower and mirror.
